PUBLIC NOTICE No. 64/2025
Subject: Suspension of approval as Customs Cargo Service Provider granted to M/s
Continental Warehousing Corporation (Nhava Sheva) Private Limited,
now known as M/s DP World Multimodal Logistics Pvt. Ltd. under the
provisions of Regulation 11(2) of HCCAR, 2009
Attention of the Exporters/Importers/Customs Brokers/Shipping Agents and all
concerned is invited to the Public Notice 51/2022 dated 05.08.2022 wherein approval of
M/s Continental Warehousing Corporation (Nhava Sheva) Private Limited, now known as
M/s DP World Multimodal Logistics Private Ltd. located at Village-Khopta, Taluka-Uran,
District-Raigad, Maharashtra as Customs Cargo Service Provider was renewed under
Regulation 10 of the Handling of Cargo in Customs Areas Regulations, 2009.
2. In terms of Regulation 11(2) of HCCAR, 2009, the approval of appointment as
Customs Cargo Service Provider granted to M/s Continental Warehousing Corporation
(Nhava Sheva) Private Limited, CFS now known as DP World Multimodal Logistics Pvt.
Ltd. vide Public Notice referred to above has been suspended with immediate effect, until
further orders, vide order dated 28.08.2025.
3. For the sake of avoiding inconvenience that may be caused to the
Exporters/Importers on account of suspension of operation of M/s Continental Warehousing
Corporation (Nhava Sheva) Private Limited, CFS now known as M/s DP World
Multimodal Logistics Pvt. Ltd. as Customs Cargo Service Provider (CCSP), the goods
available with the CCSP as on the date of issue of the order of Suspension , shall be

allowed to be cleared for Export and Import, by the proper officer after due process,
whereas fresh receipt of Export/Imported goods into the CFS shall be stopped forthwith,
except where the shipping bill or the bill of entry, as the case may be, has been filed before
the date of suspension order.
