IDIOMA MODERNO: ASSESSMENT

The subject is evaluated through two assessment activities which have an eliminatory character;
that is, it is necessary to pass both with a minimum grade of 5 (university grade) to pass the
subject:

❖ Internal tests - URJC, 70% of the final grade. Students will have two opportunities to pass the
internal tests. One during the course, and a second at the end of May or beginning of June (date
established by the professor). You need to pass these internal tests in order to sit the official
exam.

❖ Official exam - external entity, 30% of the final grade. Students will have two opportunities to
sit and pass the official exam: In the call of the corresponding term (1st/2nd term) and in the
extraordinary call of July. It is essential to pass the official exam in order to pass the subject.

* It is recommended that students have an initial B1 level, according to the CEFRL, in the chosen
language before signing up for the course.

❖ Students who do not show up for the internal tests will be graded in the corresponding report with a No Attendance.

❖ Students who do not pass the internal tests with the established minimum grade will be graded in the corresponding
