Main Responsibilities: Skill Set Required:


1. Administration

Gate Administration:

- Preparation of Inward gate pass (IGP), Outward gate


pass (OGP), Returnable gate pass (RGP) on register
- Coordination & follow up with with Gate officer for
SAP document of IGP & OGP
- Notifying the purchase department of any discrepancy of
the item received immediately and take action
accordingly.
- Maintaining the record of IGP/OGP on registers with
proper documentation.
- Maintaining the proper record without any influence.
- Cross matching the data with manual and systematic
record.
- Supervision and monitoring the gate activities of concern
team members and security team.

Security Supervision

- Supervise gate pass register of employees on daily basis


- Check IN/Out material register and verify with software
- To Check different register like (visitors register,
contractor attendance, key issuance etc.) on daily basis.
- Share late arrival sheet to HR on daily basis.
- To ensure check and balance of all gate passes.
- Responding to security breaches and incidents
- Conducting regular foot patrols
- Monitoring perimeter fencing and gates
- Identifying and addressing potential security
vulnerabilities
