This is humbly submit that I Smt. Vasamsetti Lakshmi Durga working as Mahila Police
in Palivela-2 Sachivalayam, Palivela (V), Kothapeta (M) submitted a application by requesting
for Maternity Leave from 27.01.2025 to 25.07.2025 due to my pregnancy and I submitted the
medical certificate of the Gynaecologist and the same is appended here with.
