Position: Sales & Operations, South Lead
Start Date: 2-May-2025 Location: Bangalore This offer is contingent upon successful completion of
all pre-employment
checks, which may
include background verification and reference checks. We believe you will find this position
both challenging and rewarding and that you will contribute to our ongoing success.
The compensation package for this position is Rs 10.00 lakhs per annum. The detailed
salary breakup and benefits will be provided in the official offer letter at the time of your
joining. You will be on probation for 6 months. After 3 months we will review your
performance and increase your package should you perform the tasks below:
1. Get us minimum one client (Company) to present our workshop with 5k employees
every month (B2B)
2. Get 10 salaried employees / users everyday to download the app paying Rs 51 for 3
month trial (Field sales / B2B2C)
