GLOBAL FRIENDSHIP PROGRAM


2025 DECEMBER

This 8-day intensive program, hosted by the Tokyo Metropolitan Board of


Education (TMBoE) and supported by TEPRO (TMBoE’s related organization),
provides students with a life-defining experience in Tokyo, Japan. You will stay
at a hotel with hospitality in consideration of your health and safety, attend a
host school in Tokyo, and participate in various activities. You will have
opportunities to exchange ideas regarding global issues as well as to learn about
Japanese culture with Japanese friends. Not only will you forge lifelong
connections, but this program will give you invaluable life skills that no other
experience can – you will learn more in 8 days than you ever thought possible!

How to Apply:
Step 1 Fill in the Application Forms (Information Sheet and 2 Agreement Forms).
(Both participating students and chaperons are required to submit their
application forms.)

Step 2 Submit both your application forms to TEPRO via email by Friday, 12 Sep. 2025.
*If obtaining a passport by the deadline is difficult, please consult in advance.

Step 3 Book a round-trip air ticket and send the copy to TEPRO

*Please kindly note we only accept the application forms and copies of round-trip ticket
submitted by schoolteachers or local authorities, not directly from students.
