To: HECTOR P. PONFERRADA

OIC of the Office of the Schools District Supervisor
Ganadara I District

Dear Sir,

I hope this message finds you well. I am writing to formally resign from my role as
District School Head Coordinator for Multigrade and District Coordinator of SF4 & SF7,
effective this day Dec. 17, 2024.

This decision comes after much thought and deliberation. As I am currently handling a
Kinder class, I find myself unable to effectively balance the demands of teaching and
fulfilling the responsibilities required of a District Coordinator. I believe this is in the best
interest of both my students and the programs I have been entrusted to lead.

I deeply appreciate the trust and opportunities I have been given to serve the Gandara I
District. The experience has enriched my professional journey and allowed me to
contribute meaningfully to our educational community.

Rest assured, I will ensure a smooth transition by providing all necessary documents and
assisting in any turnover tasks. I remain committed to supporting the district in any
capacity that aligns with my primary duties as a classroom teacher.

Thank you for your understanding and for the continuous support you have extended to
me throughout my tenure.

Sincerely,

Mirasol C. Gruta Approved:
