Student Tour Proposal for the Academic Year 2025–2026

Day 1 / 22.09.2025 / MONDAY BENGALURU - PORT BLAIR (B, L, D)
Depart from Bengaluru Intl. Airport by Indigo flight at 05.00 a m for Port Blair via Chennai. Arrive Port Blair
Airport by 01.00 p m and check in at your hotel for lunch. After freshening up visit Anthropological Museum which displays
tracing the history & culture of the islands' tribal communities. Next visit Cellular Jail - a pride of a place in India’s freedom
struggle. Many a stalwart were imprisoned here. Declared a national memorial, this three-storey prison constructed by
British in 1906. The day draws to a gentle close with the Sound and Light Show at the historic Cellular Jail, which gives you
a vivid experience of its strong association with the freedom fighters and their struggle for independence. Return to hotel
for dinner and night stay.
Day 2 / 23.09.2025 / TUESDAY EXCURSION TO CORAL ISLAND & ROSS ISLAND (B, L, D)
After breakfast, start off for a full- day excursion by ferry to Coral Island (North Bay). Enjoy Glass Bottom Boat
Ride to see coral reefs, exotic varieties of beautiful ornamental fish and other marine life. After North Bay, visit Ross
Island, the former residential and administrative island of the British during their rule of South East Asia. This island was
completely destroyed in an earthquake, now in ruins. Return to hotel for dinner and night stay.
Day 3 / 24.09.2025 / WEDNESDAY PORT BLAIR - HAVELOCK ISLAND (B, L, D)
After breakfast, transfer to the jetty to board your AC Cruise and leave for Havelock Island. Arrive and check in at
your resort for lunch. Afternoon enjoy water sports activities like Scuba Diving, Sea Walking, Snorkeling, Kayaking
(at your own expense). Enjoy your evening at the beautiful Radha Nagar Beach. Return to resort for dinner and night stay.
Day 4 / 25.09.2025 / THURSDAY HAVELOCK ISLAND - PORT BLAIR (B, L, D)
After breakfast board your vessel for Port Blair. On reaching Port Blair – visit Samudrika Naval (Marine)
Museum – Show casing the seashells, marine creatures and underwater marine life of Andaman and Nicobar. Take
time for Shopping at the local market. Return to hotel for dinner and night stay.
Day 5 / 26.09.2025 / FRIDAY PORT BLAIR - BENGALURU (B)
Rise early and leave for Port Blair Airport to board your Indigo flight departing at 07.25 a. m for Bengaluru via
Chennai. Arrive at Bengaluru Kempe Gowda International Airport at 01.10 p.m. Return home with memories to cherish
a life time.
The given itinerary is subject to weather conditions and will be altered as deemed fit and convenient by the organizers

5% GST applicable on payment by cheque / bank transfers
Tour Cost Includes: Economy Class Return Air Fare, Road Travel by AC Coach, Accommodation in AC Dbl Rooms on
Quadruple sharing basis - with an extra mattress and all modern amenities, All Meals, Entrance and Guide Fees where
applicable and Assistance of our very experienced Tour Escorts. One 1 ltr water bottle per head per day.
Tour Cost Excludes: Expenses of personal nature like laundry, portage, room service/restaurant bills, telephone bills,
medical bills or any expense not mentioned in Tour Cost Includes.
ONLY BREAKFAST, LUNCH AND DINNER WILL BE SERVED DURING THE TOUR.
ALL EXTRAS LIKE EVENING SNACKS, TEA/COFFEE/SOFT DRINKS TO BE PURCHASED ON DIRECT PAYMENT BASIS
Safety & Care: Lady and Gent teachers will accompany the students on the tour to look after them. However, whilst
every possible care will be taken for a safe and smooth tour, the school authorities or their associated operators are
free from any liability / responsibility arising from unforeseen circumstances whatsoever beyond their control.
