PREFACE

approach to job searching and recruitment has undergone
a profound change. The demand for swift, efficient, and
accessible employment solutions has led to the
emergence and growth of online job portals. This project,
an Online Job Portal, is designed to bridge the gap
between job seekers and employers through an intelligent
and user-friendly platform. The fundamental goal of this
portal is to simplify the hiring process for recruiters while
making job discovery more seamless for candidates. In an
age where time is a critical asset, our platform aims to
eliminate barriers and delays in employment connectivity.

Our portal has been designed with the dual intent of


serving as a reliable job board for candidates and a
powerful recruiting tool for employers. We understand the
challenges faced by job seekers, including lack of visibility,
complicated application procedures, and irrelevant job
listings. Conversely, employers often struggle with
sourcing quality candidates, managing applications, and
organizing interviews. Our system tackles these issues
