I paid $500.00 for this product. To resolve the problem, please repair the product. If the product cannot be repaired, I would like the full purchase price of $500.00 to be refunded. If the product must be returned to you, please make arrangements to pay for the expenses of the return. Enclosed are copies of my records, including photocopies of charge slips I look forward to hearing from you soon regarding my problem. I will wait 20 days before seeking further assistance.
