Hon. Christopher Lee

Barangay Captain
Brgy. Pagas, Cabanatuan City

Dear Capt. Lee,

We hope this message finds you in great spirits!

On behalf of PHINMA Araullo University, we are excited to share a collaboration

opportunity that celebrates our shared commitment to the environment but also
the 75-year legacy of PHINMA Araullo University in nurturing future leaders in
Nueva Ecija. Our upcoming initiative, "Tree Planting 2025," is set to take place on
September 27, 2025, at six o'clock in the morning, where we aim to plant 300
trees as part of the National Greening Program (NGP) championed by the
government.

We believe that this tree-planting event will significantly benefit our community,
yielding both environmental and social advantages. By allowing us to conduct
this activity in your barangay, you will be partnering with us in making a
meaningful impact on our surroundings while inspiring our students and
residents to take action for a greener future.

We would be grateful for your support and approval. If you have any questions or
need further information, please don't hesitate to reach us through our event
coordinator, Ms Abigail Malubay at 09219553992. Together, we can make this
project a remarkable success for everyone involved.

Thank you very much for considering our request. We eagerly await your positive
response.

Sincerely yours,

Emily Lim-Garcia
Adviser, PHINMA AU Alumni Association
