Job Profile: Sales and Marketing

Key Responsibilities:

1. Relationship Management:
• Build and nurture relationships with the management of educational institutes to foster
long-term partnerships.
• Act as the main point of contact for parents and students at assigned client locations.
2. Revenue Generation:
• Drive revenue by onboarding customers to GQ's EMI payment model.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including business, tech, and credit, to ensure
smooth customer onboarding and timely disbursements.
3. Strategy Planning:
• Develop and execute strategic roadmaps to increase revenue and achieve
business goals.
4. Effective Communication:
• Develop and execute strategic roadmaps to increase revenue and achieve business goals.
Maintain open and proactive communication with all stakeholders to ensure alignment and
transparency.

Training & Work Environment:

• Work Schedule: 6 days a week (Monday–Saturday).

Compensation:
• Monthly Stipend: ₹12,000, in probation period and 3.5LPA after probation period.
