Features Description
• Meets the Requirements of TIA/EIA-232-F and ITU The TPT3232E devices are IEC61000 ESD protected, 3.0-

Application and Implementation

Non-polarized ceramic capacitors are acceptable. If polarized tantalum or electrolytic capacitors are used, they should be
connected as shown in Figure 3. The recommended capacitor values of C1 to C4 are in Table 2. If the power supply is
possibly connected to 3.3 V or 5.5 V, all capacitors of 0.2 μF are suggested in the application.
