Pre-printed Carrier Feeder assembling and adjusting
Be absolutely sure the Feeder Carrier will be horizontally aligned to the Mailer
transport inner side, leaving automatically a gap on the transport outer side.
To set the carrier width, unhook the two loader levers and move the guides,
then hook the levers leaving about 1 mm between guides and carrier.
To set the carrier thickness, carefully turn clockwise or counter-clockwise the
related knob on the Carrier Feeder front.

Set the carrier inclination for a better carrier feeding, adjusting the back ramps
height turning clockwise or counter-clockwise the related knob on the Carrier
Feeder back side.
Check speed knob reference is vertical positioned in the middle of the range
scale to set the suggested speed. If needed adjust carrier speed accordingly.

Pre-printed Carrier Feeder assembling and adjusting
Run a job with Maticard Pro software and check the carrier is perfectly centred
inside Mailer Transport; otherwise adjust carrier alignment between Carrier
Feeder and Mailer carrier buffer input avoiding carrier side jams.
Note: during production, Pre-printed Carrier Feeder automatically loads always
maximum Mailer carrier buffer (two carriers for Card Attach 10 and four
carriers for Card Attach 20), even if carriers production is less than buffer size.
Note: for offline carrier alignment purpose, set for a couple of seconds
CONTINUOUS RUN mode, by related switch on Carrier Feeder side, to feed
carriers toward Mailer carrier buffer.
