(Order of the Court was made by C.V.Karthikeyan, J.)

The relief sought in this Writ Petition, which has been filed as a

Public Interest Litigation, is to direct the respondents 1 to 4 to correct the

computer error in Tenkasi Municipality and all other municipalities in the

State of Tamil Nadu relating to Natham Land, which had been entered as

Government land instead of site owners as pattathars.

2. The scope of the Public Interest Litigation is beyond the

reference to the Full Bench. The learned Additional Advocate General

states that the land of the Writ Petitioner had also been reclassified as

Ryotwari.

3. Registry is directed to de-link this Writ Petition and list the same

before the regular Court.
