Subject: Intimation to clear Overdue Amount – Loan Account No. 2828308

Dear Sir/Madam,

Under instructions and authority from my client DMI FINANCE PRIVATE LIMITED
(hereinafter referred to as my client) a Company incorporated, under the Companies Act,
1956, and having its registered office at Express Building 9-10, 3rd Floor, Bahadur Shah
Zafar Marg, New Delhi-110002, I do hereby serve upon you the following notice:-

That you the addressees approached my client for the total loan amount of Rs. 2027873/-
for a monthly installment of Rs. 76400/- and entered into the Loan facility, bearing Loan ID
No. DMI0022335510 with my client whereby you agreed to make the payment of the
installments on time and any other charges as per the agreement, in case of default.

We request you to clear all overdue dues immediately to avoid any escalation, which may
include civil and/or criminal legal action against you as per applicable laws.
Please also note that continued non-payment can also severely affect your credit score
and hamper your future eligibility to take credit facilities from Banks and financial
institutions.
