Course Introduction
The study of Organizational psychology is important for any student who plans on
working at some point in his or her life. This course will provide students with an
introduction to the key concepts, theories, and research methods in organizational
psychology. It will benefit students who are interested in pursuing a career in
organizational psychology, human resources, or simply want to understand how
psychology applies to the workplace. The skills and topics covered in this course can
help students to become a better employee, co-worker, and manager.
Course Objectives
To provide students adequate knowledge of the concepts and theoretical models of
Organizational Psychology, the course is designed to help students learn major
dimensions of organizational Psychology within its ethical and legal framework.
