2. PTA/HPTA Projects
The meeting was called to order at 1:00 PM by the JONATHAN IVAN GABRIENTO- ADVISER ,
who welcomed all parents and guardians. The facilitator expressed the importance of the
PTA's role in fostering a positive learning environment and promoting collaboration between
parents, teachers, and students.
2. PTA/HPTA Projects
The PTA President, presented the upcoming and ongoing projects for the year. It was
agreed that the HPTA project will be the tiling of the floor of the comfort room.
3. Election of HPTA Officers
The election of officers for the Homeroom Parents and Teachers Association
(HPTA) was held. The following parents were nominated and elected to office:

working together to enhance the learning environment for the students.

GABRIENTO-the class adviser. The meeting was attended by the parents and guardians. The

1. Students' Behavior: The meeting opened with a discussion on students' behavior in the
classroom and during school activities. Teachers reported that while there have been
positive developments, there were still areas of concern, particularly with students'
attention and discipline during class. Parents were encouraged to continue supporting the
school’s efforts to maintain a positive and respectful learning environment. Some
suggestions included organizing parent-teacher conferences to address specific behavioral
issues and implementing more engaging activities that can hold students’ attention. The
importance of communication between parents and teachers in addressing these concerns
was emphasized. Parents were also encouraged to monitor their children’s behavior outside
school and provide reinforcement for positive conduct.
2. HPTA Collection Updates: The PTA Treasurer, Mrs. Lagumbay provided an update on the
status of the HPTA (Homeroom Parent-Teacher Association) collections. The collection for
the current school year has been progressing steadily, and most families have contributed.
However, there are still a few outstanding payments. The Treasurer reminded parents of the
deadline for submission and kindly requested those who have not yet paid to settle their
dues promptly. The funds collected will be allocated for school programs, student activities,
and improvements in the school’s facilities. Parents were also encouraged to suggest ways
to raise additional funds for upcoming school events.
3. Releasing of Cards: The final agenda item focused on the releasing of students' report
cards. The school announced that the report cards will be distributed right after the meeting.
Parents were reminded to check their children's performance and engage in conversations
about their academic progress. The PTA emphasized the importance of feedback from both
parents and teachers in understanding students' strengths and areas for improvement.

3. Moving Up Concerns:
A significant portion of the meeting was dedicated to discussing the upcoming
Moving Up Ceremony. The homeroom teacher announced that the ceremony
would be held on April 15, 2025. A detailed breakdown of the moving-up fees was
provided, which included:
o Moving Up Fee: Php 330
o Sablay: Php 150
o Other Moving Up Needs (e.g., certificates, tokens): Php 180
