Main: At the end of the lesson, pupils will be able to give information based on

LEARNING OBJECTIVES
Complementary: At the end of the lesson, pupils will be able to listen and answer
questions.
Pupils can:
1. Give at least 3 detailed information based on the questions.
SUCCESS CRITERIA

Pre-lesson:
1. Teacher asks pupils how they would share to others what their
friends have said. Pupils share their ideas.
Lesson delivery:
1. Pupils refer to Activity 1 in textbook page 111. Pupils read
through the table. Pupils share the difference between direct
speech (what the person actually said) and reported speech
(when we’re told what someone said). Teacher also adds about
the tenses from present simple to past simple and present
ACTIVITIES continuous to past continuous.
2. Pupils refer to pages 108-109 and find examples of sentences
with the same structure.
3. Pupils refer to Activity 2 and complete the exercise.
4. Pupils refer to Activity 3. Teacher explains that pupils must ask
their partners first and then report their findings to the class.
5. Pupils carry out the task.
Post-lesson:
1. Teacher asks pupils if it’s difficult to report what others have said.

4. Have pupils write about their bedroom on a worksheet. After writing they can furnish their bedroom
