Monthly Evaluation Report

Name Edward Teacher Angel

Class October 1 to Teaching English Grammar Book 1,

Duration October 31, 2019 materials Everyone Speak Beginner 1

Time 5:30 – 6:00 pm LEVEL 2

Teacher Evaluation

Speaking: He does well on speaking tests and in speaking games and activities this month. If

Edward builds a little more eagerness and self-confidence to speak more English in class, I

believe he will improve much more quickly.

Grammar: This month, he is able to learn and read the material with very few problems.

Edward uses the words and grammar from previous lessons, and is always getting better.

Listening / Reading: His comprehension of the lesson material is okay, but could easily
improve if he speaks up more in class using full sentences. I would like Edward to answer
questions more accurately with better vocabulary.

Teacher's Note: Edward will undoubtedly do very well with his English skills if he
continues working the way he has.

Name Lilly Teacher Angel

Duration October 31, 2019 materials Children’s Talk 1

Time 8:30 – 9:00 pm LEVEL 3

Teacher Evaluation

Speaking: Lilly is always eager and confident to practice her speaking at every given
opportunity. She loves to speak in class, and speaks English without hesitation. She has
become comfortable in the learning environment we have created together, and her speaking
skills continue to improve every single day.

Listening / Reading: As her English teacher, I aim to produce more consistency not only in
verbal reading but most especially in her reading comprehension and listening skills, and
help her ensure that she continues to develop as a capable young English learner.
I hope that she will also consistently put her best effort into this particular skills.

Teacher's Note: Lilly will continue to do well as long as she maintains her interest on our basic
grammar, reading and listening lessons.
