Construction works of 7 (G+6) Storied Chandpur Plaza with One Basement at MOUZA-
BISNUDI (C.S NO-230, R.S 230/3), P.S - CHANDPUR SADAR, DIST-CHANDPUR, Daffodil
Group.

Dear Sir,
Thank you very much for your offer dated 27 August 2025. We are going to start the subject works. The Authority
of Daffodil Group has accepted your offer. The Scope of Works, Consultancy Fees, and Terms & Conditions as
agreed are given below:

Terms & Conditions:

A. Scope of Works / Services:
1. The project will be 7 (G+6) storied including one Basement at Chandpur as per the local authority-
approved Architectural Design and drawing.
2. For the above-mentioned project works, you have to follow the regulations of the Bangladesh National
Building Code (BNBC 2020), Municipal By-laws and Local Rules, Rajdhani Unnayan Kartripakkha
(RAJUK) as applicable in Architectural Design, drawing including related facilities.
3. If any further height extensions are needed, as per future requirements of client then the architectural
design will have to be revised.

4. Architectural Design & working drawings of the building:

i. Predesign & Site Investigation

• Feasibility study, program development, site visits, FAR calculation, design brief.

 ii. Preliminary Architectural Design
• Client discussions, preparing conceptual design proposals, 3D visualizations.
iii. Final Architectural Design
• Preparation of final design incorporating preliminary structural input, budgetary analysis,
and detailed 3D images.
iv. Authority Approval
• Preparation of approval drawings for RAJUK and other local authorities as applicable.
v. Working Drawings
• Floor plans, slab outline, building title, false slab drawings, and each major and minor
component building details, architectural measurements.
• Escalator design and drawing
• Shops and circulation areas.
• Elevations and sections
• Detail drawings: landscape (pavement, pathway, lighting, entry gate, verandah, railing),
outdoor furniture
• Coordination of electrical & plumbing fixture layout, height, and proper placements.
• Water reservoir, septic tank, rooftop tank, lift machine room, and other major elements.
• Outdoor furniture design

B. Consultancy Fees:
Total consultancy fee for the above services is

C. Mode of Payment
Payment to be made in favour of “Sheikh Mohammad Rezwan” via account payee:
i. 20%: Advance with work order
ii. 30%: After submission of preliminary design & 3D visualization
iii. 30%: After submission of final architectural design & approval drawings
iv. 20%: After submission of complete working drawings, Revit/SketchUp soft copy, and coordination
till project completion.

 v. Site Visit: Must visit as per site requirements.
D. Additional Terms

i. All soft copies of drawings remain the property & copyright of the Consultant.

ii. Extra drawings beyond the agreed scope will incur additional cost.

iii. Consultant may document the project (interior & exterior) for academic/publication purposes with
prior client approval.

E. Quality of Drawings and Documents:

i. The consultant will supply 5 (five) copies A1 size of all final drawings.

Any additional drawings can be supplied at an additional cost. CD of soft copy drawings to be
submitted for the final drawings.

F. Consultancy Service and Supervision

i. All Architectural designs should be completed within 15 days from the date of receiving the WO.

ii. The consultant has to supervise the whole project to implement the design perfectly, and also has to make
more than one visits every month if needed.

iii. The consultant has to coordinate other necessary interior Architectural and lighting designs if needed.
