God has begun to restore the gift and office of apostle in
the 1990s.
This may sound at first like a statement
simple, but its implications are profound. The Body
of Christ is in a substantially more
complete of what it has been, perhaps since the times of
New Testament. This means that God is now
ready to do things through His people here in
the land that has been postponed for a long time

PREFACE

To begin with, this decade has been characterized by a

greater amount, intensity, and sophistication of activities
that involve an aggressive spiritual war that never
before in recorded history, including the book of the
Facts. At the same time, there are new levels of prayer,
specifically intercession and prophecy. Partly as
as a result of this, we now live in the first generation
of Christians who saw the light at the end of the tunnel of the Great
Commission. No previous generation could even

The restoration of the ministry of the apostles to

they would not have used the title 'apostle' to describe themselves

they did not understand it.

I am pleased that an increasing number of leaders

Introduction
A time to review

If you're thinking, this book can't be for me.

After all, I am not an apostle, so I cannot pull out
nothing about reading a book on apostles, think again!

that will only happen through the restoration of

For that reason, I can say with confidence that if you

a historical perspective and have concluded that the era
the apostolic era of the Church ended with the death of the twelve
apostles. According to this, we are living

on a day when there are no longer apostles. In other words,

there is no current apostolic ministry.
The Holy Spirit, however, is making that
many in the Church look at this ministry again. To
to do it, we started to see things that were previously
hidden from our sight. That's why we need a review.
Upon looking back, we will see things we have never seen.
we will see things that were previously seen in a different light

Chapter one
The Apostolic Commission: Mission
Impossible?
Go therefore and make disciples of all nations,
baptizing them in the name of the Father and of the Son and of the Holy Spirit
Saint, teaching them
to observe all the things that I have commanded you; and behold that
I am with you

the times. 'Amen.
Matthew 28:19,20
And he said to them: "Go into all the world and preach the
gospel to all creatures.
Mark 16:15
"Mission: Impossible" was a popular espionage series
originally broadcast on the television network of
1966 to 1973 and recently turned into a movie
of great success. Every week, the Mission Force
Impossibles (IMF), a small group of men and
highly skilled women were sent on a mission
apparently impossible. However, each episode
concluded with the mission accomplished despite the
overwhelming odds. What kept the
fascinated viewers with the program was the capability
of the team to face and overcome each challenge that is
interposed in the way to complete the mission.
This chapter begins with what is commonly referred to
known as the Great Commission. It was given to a small
group of men, chosen by the Lord, to whom
He called apostles. The mission entrusted to our
Lord to the remaining eleven apostles (the twelfth, Judas
Iscariot had committed suicide) it reminds me of an episode
from 'Mission: Impossible'. These were the same men
that had abandoned Jesus and had fled to His
crucifixion. They had hidden in a room for
fear of sharing His destiny. How could this little one,
scared and heterogeneous group of Galileans to fulfill a
Great Commission like that? How could they overcome the
impossible odds stacked against him?
How was the people going to believe that their Sender had
dead and resurrected from the dead? What would it give them?
the ability to complete such a mission?
Do you identify? Have you ever felt that what God
he has called you to do, or perhaps what secretly
you dream to do for God and His kingdom, it is
an impossible mission? Are you desperate to see it?
done? Is it really useless? Or is there, within the
apostolic dimension, an answer for you, so certain
as it was for the original apostles?
Those same men, who once became fearful
out of fear, they eventually came out and, in front of the overwhelming
probabilities, turned their world upside down. The book
of the Facts is a chronicle of their deeds in the midst of
an amazing pursuit and opposition. How could they

I want to give you what I believe is an important key,
but is often overlooked. In fact, it
I consider it vital to fulfill the Great Commission today. This
the key is so important that I have spent almost ten years of
my life studying her and preaching about her. The only
the reason why this span of time has not been longer
long is simply because I did not discover this key earlier.
I never heard much preaching about it; the Church
he didn't emphasize it.
What is the key? The answer is very simple: they were sent.
Now, that might not sound very profound, but to them
I assure you that by studying what it means to be sent, you will see.
its importance and they will understand why the Church has
he struggled at times in his attempts to fulfill the Great
Commission. The purpose of writing this book is to make
understanding the entire Body of Christ what it means to be
sent, so that each one of us can go out
forward and fulfill what God has called us to, endowed and
equipped to do.
Being an apostle, or being apostolic, revolves around the concept
to be sent. Only the sent can fulfill the Great
Commission. Only the sent ones will be able to exceed the
impossible difficulties that get in the way of
to be able to say 'Mission accomplished'. The Church cannot
succeed without acting forcefully in this dimension.
There are several premises that I want to present about this.
commission:
The Church has been given a commission.
This commission is an apostolic commission.
This commission must and will be fulfilled.
4. Since the commission is apostolic, it will be necessary
an apostolic anointing to fulfill it.
What does it mean to be apostolic? Can we all be?
apostolic? What role do the apostles play in the
fulfillment of the Great Commission? When do we receive and
Do we operate in an apostolic anointing? What does it look like?
Is the Church affected by the apostolic ministry? These are
Some of the questions we will try to answer
together.
First, let's define the term commission. A commission
it is simply the matter or the task as authorized. This
it means that the task has been authorized by someone with
authority. Jesus authorized the apostles to go preach
around the world. He authorized them to teach and do
disciples of all nations (literally, all the
groups of people).
To commission means to authorize, appoint, entrust,
authorize, dispatch and entrust a mission. This
the commission was delivered directly to the apostles but
indirectly delivered to the Church in each generation.
It was not just the commission of the apostles, but it is
our commission today. After the death of the
first apostles, the commission remained. It has not yet been
fully complied and will remain in effect until the day
in which it is fulfilled.
They were given power and authority
This task means much more than evangelizing. The
evangelism is just the beginning of the task. The

I believed that the commission is an evangelistic commission. Yes
Well, evangelism is an important part, the commission.
it is essentially apostolic, incorporating evangelism
to fulfill it. The messengers do more than evangelize.
The envoys preach, teach, prophesy, and make the
works of Jesus.
The commission is apostolic because it was originally
delivered to the apostles. It was delivered and received in
this context. The Church in the book of Acts was before
an entire apostolic Church. They understood that they were
sent. They knew they were authorized to carry out
this mission. The dominant anointing in the book of the
Acts was apostolic, and

it was the anointing that governed what they did. The apostolic
shaped the tone of the Early Church; molded who
were and what they did.
When I say that the commission was apostolic, I mean
to which the sent ones were given. This is the basic definition
from the word apostle. It is taken from the Greek word
apostle, which means delegate, ambassador of
gospel, officially commissioned by Christ (with
miraculous powers), messenger, the sent one. Before that
this word will reach our Bible, it was a term
secular used by the Greeks and Romans to
describe the special envoys that were sent
with the purpose of expanding the empire's dominion.
Many of these envoys were military generals with
authority to go to new territories and fight, if necessary
necessary, to establish Greek or Roman culture in
that region. They were also responsible for teaching and
to train the new individuals in the laws and culture of
kingdom.
These envoys received power and authority from the king.
to fulfill their mission. They were responsible for
fulfill their commissions and were given everything necessary
to succeed. They were very intelligent people and
talented, specially chosen for the task. They were
sent to certain territories and tasked with submissiveness,
conquer, convert, instruct, train and establish the
new subjects in the culture of the empire.
This word apostle has been part of the Church since
days when our Lord ministered on earth. Now
Describe the commission given to the first apostles.
They were sent to the territories of the earth to
convert crowds of people and incorporate them into the kingdom
from God. They were given power and authority to carry out the
task. They were responsible for teaching, training and
to instruct new believers, making them citizens
productive of the Kingdom.
Apostles were sent to establish the Kingdom in the
hearts of the people and to establish churches in
everyone. They were given the power of the Holy Spirit to
help them fulfill this mission.
If the commission is apostolic, that means that only the
sent ones can fulfill it. Each church and each believer
they must have this dimension to be part of the
fulfillment of the Great Commission. This does not make
Everyone is in apostles, but everyone can be apostolic.
Thus, the Church must be above all an apostolic Church.
to fulfill its mission.
The apostolic spirit
But the Comforter, the Holy Spirit, whom the Father
he will send in my name, he will teach you all things and
He will remind you of all the things that I

he said to you "(John 14:26)."

The Holy Spirit is an apostolic Spirit. It is
apostolic because he has been sent by the Father. He
He is also a prophetic Spirit, because when He comes,
the sons, the daughters, the servants and the maidservants will prophesy
(see Acts 2: 17,18). It is an evangelizing Spirit
because it convinces and attracts sinners to Christ (see
John 16: 8,9). It is a pastoral spirit because it names
superintendents for the saints (see Acts 20:28). He
It is a Spirit of teaching according to 1 John 2:27.

All believers who have received the Holy Spirit

they have within them these dimensions. Those believers

they will have a greater dimension of the anointing of the Spirit
Saint in the gift to which they are called. The apostles
they will have a greater measure of the apostolic dimension in
their lives to impart and stimulate this anointing in the
saints.
It is the responsibility of the apostles to liberate and stimulate.
the apostolic dimension in each believer through the
teaching, preaching, prophecy, and the laying on of hands

walking in this dimension of the Spirit, will manifest the
power, authority, and the characteristics of an envoy.
Jesus the Apostle was sent by the Father, and his words
they indicated that he was aware of that apostolate (see
John 3:34; 5:2230; 6:38-44.
A characteristic of the apostolic spirit is the
awareness of being sent. There is a sense of purpose and
destination that results from the apostolic spirit: a focus on
the fulfillment of a divine commission. All the
ministers are sent by the Lord (see Rom. 10:15)
but the very heartbeat of the apostolate is the concept of being
sent.
When the Church loses this dimension, it loses its
sense of purpose and divine mission.

absence of apostolic anointing. After the death of
the first apostles, the Church became institutional and
ceremonial. The apostolic spirit is necessary for the
Church fulfills the Great Commission to go into all the world
and preach the gospel to every creature (see Mark 16:15).
Jesus said to them again, 'Peace be unto you! As the Father
He sent me, I also send you.
He breathed on them and said, "Receive the Holy Spirit".
(John 20:21,22).
Jesus compared the sending of the apostles with being
sent by the Father. Then He breathed on them so that
could receive the Holy Spirit:

an apostolic Spirit. We know that Jesus, as an apostle,

he is alone in a class. However, many similarities and
the characteristics of your shipment apply to the anointing
apostolic today. The attributes of an envoy must
to be found in every believer. This is based on the words
of our Lord that are reviewed in this text. While meditating
with these words, we will begin to see clearly the
apostolic dimension.
Upon reading this book, your mission, should you choose to accept it, is

God restores truths and ministries that have been lost.

in a time of restoration (or 'restitution', as it says
the King James version of the apostolic ministry to the
Church. The word restitution comes from the word

When reading this book, keep in mind that God wants to bring

they completely reject him, but many accept him and
they start to walk on it. It is something fresh. It is the new
what God is doing.
I have emphasized the words restaurar years in the
prophecy of Joel. God is not only restoring the
apostolic ministry to the Church, but also is
restoring the years that were lost during the relative
absence of this important office. In other words, the
harvest of souls that was lost during these years
will gather during our lifetime. We will see crowds
dragged into the kingdom as a result of this movement of the
Holy Spirit in the last times.

Restoration is necessary due to the 'departure' (it is
to say, the gradual decline) of the authentic ministry
apostolic after the death of the first
apostles. Paul warned the Church about what would happen
when he departs. An image of what happens when
the apostolic ministry is no longer present, this prophecy
it was fulfilled after the death of the first

In the 2nd and 3rd centuries, the Church leaned towards the
ceremonialism and tradition. The false teaching almost
drowned the truth. Finally, the Church entered the period
called the Middle Ages, a time when the Church
institutional gained immense social and political power,
but often significantly deviated from the
true apostolic practice and teaching. Later, the
The Protestant Reformation of the 16th century began to bring out
the Church of spiritual darkness that had blinded the
mind of many for centuries.

The Roman Catholic Church taught that the Church was

truly "apostolic," but that the authority
apostolic of Christ was institutionalized in the
succession (or sequence of appointments) of the bishops.
It was believed that this authority came from Christ, who
had appointed the disciples, who in turn had
designated 'bishops' (Greek: episcopos) over various
cities. From the 2nd to the 16th century, all the centers
Church leaders had bishops. In the Church

a biblical principle regarding the offices of

they maintained that there were only twelve apostles they could not give
account of the apostles Matthias, Paul, James (the
brother of Jesus), Barnabas, Apollos, and others who are
called apostles in the book of Acts and throughout the
New Testament.
You see, most of the days of the Church of Dowie
I did not believe that the ministry of the apostle would continue beyond
of the death of the Twelve who were with Jesus and, by
supposedly, the apostle Paul.
Dowie argued that the ministry of the apostle was
perpetual, established in the Church by God, until the
return of Christ. Surprisingly, many in the

He also opposed the press and the city of Chicago, which
he was arrested more than 100 times in 1895 in an attempt to
to stop their ministry of divine health. However,
the more he fought against it, the more success he had

listen to his preaching. He was able to fill the second auditorium
largest in Chicago.
He preached against the hypocrisy of the Church and the evils of
tobacco and alcohol in the city. The results were
phenomenal! Thousands were saved and many of their

Finally, the 1990s have seen the beginning of the
restoration of the apostolic office.
I am not suggesting that anyone has walked in the

The lost axe head represents the anointings that

With the return of apostolic and prophetic anointings to
the Church, we are seeing a return of the axe. These are
avant-garde ministries that give the Church the

Eliseo told the young man to take the axe. This is what
what the Lord asks the Church to do at this hour.
We must assume the apostolic and prophetic ministries

given to all believers. Each one of us who
we have received Jesus Christ as Savior has a role
what to perform in the fulfillment of this commission. Without
embargo, we cannot successfully fulfill our part without
an understanding and appropriation of the dimension
apostolic in our lives.

To better understand the need for the dimension

apostolic in the fulfillment of the Great Commission,
let's first define the word commission. It means a
authorized order, a shipment, an address. Place an order
means to authorize to send on a mission. Another word
A synonym for commission is the word mandate. A mandate.

This commission from our Lord is called the Great

salvation to the ends of the earth.
He says: 'The Lord gave us a commission.' The apostles
Bernabe and Paul understood their commission. They understood their
ministry as a light for the nations. His ministry
he took them beyond the local church in Antioch.
Where did this commission come from? Where did it come from?
It is the prophetic word spoken by Isaiah hundreds of
years before: "I will also give you as a light to the Gentiles, to
that you may be my salvation to the ends of the earth
(Isaiah 49:6). Isaiah prophesied about a
of the last times commission and the final times of the
function of the apostles.
Based on that prophetic word, Paul and Barnabas
they went out to the nations, bringing salvation and liberation.
This commission is for the 'purposes of the land'. This is what
same as 'the last of the earth' spoken by

our Lord in Acts 1:8 (KJV). The Great Commission is

an apostolic commission of the last times to carry
salvation to the ends of the earth.
The apostles were ordained by the Lord and placed

it means to be appointed. They were designated to carry out the
salvation to the ends of the earth. This brings the
apostolic ministry beyond the limits of the church
local. The apostolic ministry brings light (revelation) to the
nations, which in turn brings salvation (liberation).

prophetic ministry is also part of this
movement of recent times. The apostles and
prophets must work together (along with those with
other ministerial gifts) to fulfill the Great
Commission.
The apostles and prophets have a unique ability to
penetrate.
They carry an authority and power in the Spirit to
make way. The traditional way of sending missionaries to
foreign lands are not enough. Thank God for
every missionary who has worked in the field; many
they have done great works. Many, however, have been
sent by mission boards instead of being sent
for the Lord.
The Lord is raising up a new generation of
believers with an apostolic and prophetic anointing of the

strong local churches. Much of the work in the

Together they will bring light where there is currently darkness.

Dear evangelist, pastor, and teacher, do not fight against

recognize who they are and what their purpose is. They will be a

the earth.

The New American Standard Bible translates the scope of
our commission as "to the most remote part of the

to touch the world. It is bigger than our church
local. It is bigger than our city or nation. No
We can contain it or limit it only to these areas.
The spill on Azusa Street in early
the 20th century was the beginning of the outpouring of an anointing
for the world of the last times. The Lord said to me
that he told His people that we will not walk in the
fullness of this anointing until we touch the ends
from the earth. If we are only reaching a few in
our city or region, we are just walking in a
part of the power available to us.
We are given the power of the Holy Spirit to touch
nations. We need to prepare believers with a
vision for the world. The Lord is now raising up
international churches with an apostolic anointing for
train and empower people in the fullness of power
of the Holy Spirit.

An international anointing
This commission of recent times will only be achieved with
an international anointing. Jerusalem on the day of
Pentecost was an international stage:
Then everyone was amazed and wondered, and
they said to one another: "Look, are they not all Galileans?
Who are these that speak? And how do we hear, each one in his own...
own language in which we were born? Births and fears and
Elamites, those who live in Mesopotamia, Judea and
Cappadocia, Pontus and Asia, Phrygia and Pamphylia, Egypt and the
parts of Libya contiguous to Cyrene, visitors from Rome,
both Jews and proselytes, Cretans and Arabs; the
we hear speaking in our own tongues the
wonderful works of God "(Acts 2: 7-11).
Here were people from all over the world
known. Jerusalem was an international city and the
apostles were receiving an international anointing.
Pentecost cannot be limited to a single place. This
function removes the limits of the Church. It gives us the power and the
ability to impact all people and nations.
It is not by accident that the Pentecostal outpouring of the century
twenty began in America.
I believe that the American church has the
responsibility to touch the nations of the earth. Thus
as the United States government cannot be limited to
an internal policy, but it must also have a
strong foreign policy, the same happens with the Church in
United States. Every church must have a policy
exterior. The United States cannot excuse itself from the
world affairs. Nor the American Church.
To whom much is given, much will be required.
THE APOSTOLIC MINISTRY WORKS AT A
SUFFICIENTLY HIGH RANGE TO SPEAK
IN THE NAME OF HEAVEN.
The Lord is raising up spiritual diplomats to
to implement a foreign policy of recent times. It is
launching divine strategies to the Church for the last ones
times. These diplomats are receiving their commission
from heaven and they are coming out with full authority and power
as ambassadors of Christ. This is one of the
definitions of the apostle: an 'ambassador of Christ'. A
ambassador is a diplomatic official of the highest rank
rank, sent by a sovereign or state to another as its
resident representative.
Note that the definition of ambassador includes the
higher rank; Due to this rank, the ambassadors
they have the authority to speak on behalf of the government
that sent them. This is why the apostolic anointing is so
important for this time. The apostolic ministry operates
in a high range

sufficient to speak on behalf of heaven. Even the

principalities and powers must recognize this rank
because it is spiritual. They hate him and fight against him, but not
they can neither avoid it nor overcome it.

What we need to fulfill the Great Commission

they are ambassadors and diplomats raised and sent
by the Lord, not people sent by man. The
The Lord is raising up ambassador churches that
they will impact the nations of the earth. These will be
true international centers that will give birth
and they will release ministries on the earth.
First in the order of God
God has placed the apostles in the first place in the
Church (see 1 Corinthians 12:28). The word 'first' is
the Greek word proton, which means first in time,
place, order or importance; before, at the beginning,
Primarily, above all. This is God's order:
first apostles, second prophets, third teachers. A
I call this the law of first things. When God
says first, means first. When we violate this
order, we are violating the law of the first.
When you break a law, you will suffer. Many churches
locals suffer because they have not recognized God's order.
An out of order church will not recognize the fullness of the
unction of God. The anointing flows through order. The Age
The Church began with the apostles. Many
denominations began with apostles. When something
starts in the correct order, has many more
possibilities of success.
It is amazing how many churches do not recognize this order,
although it is clearly established in the Word of God.
It's so simple. First means first, second.
second means second, third means third. It's so easy
like one, two, three.
The Church began and was born through the ministry
apostolic. Today's churches need to be born and
start through the apostolic ministry. Everything has
a beginning. This is called the law of Genesis. Everything
it has a beginning and reproduces according to its gender. If something
it starts badly, it will generally end badly. If it starts
well, it is more likely to end well.
The apostles are usually the first to go to a region
geography for preaching and establishing and planting churches. A
they are the first to preach certain revelations
that God is transmitting to the Church. Every field of
study has apostles or pioneers. For example, there are
pioneers in medicine, economics, aviation, law and
civil rights. These are the people who succeed
significant advances in their fields. The same happens in
the realm of the spirit.
The apostle Peter was about to experience great advancements.
among the Jews, the apostle Paul among the Gentiles. The
nations, regions, cities and denominations have
apostles. These are the first to preach a truth,
establish a church or experience a great breakthrough in
a city, region, or nation.
The apostles are also the first in rank. This
Truth can be difficult to receive for some. Many
they fear that some will take this truth to the extreme and
they end up sinking. However, we must not fear the
truth. The true apostles must manifest the
the character of Christ and never use his authority in a way
incorrect; doing so will bring the judgment of God.
The range is defined as a degree or position of
dignity, eminence or excellence, a degree of position
official. Although we are all equal in Christ in terms of
salvation, there are different ranks in the spirit. The
different ranks have different degrees of authority and
power. Just as there is rank in the military, there is also
rank in the army of God. There is rank in the kingdom
spiritual. There is rank in Deity. There is rank among the
angels. There is even a hierarchy among spirits
malignants. All authority and power is based on rank.
We must be able to receive, walk, and discern.
different classifications in the spirit.
Evil spirits recognize spiritual rank.
Every believer has the authority to cast out demons.
Apostles walk and minister in the highest rank.
angels and evil spirits recognize this rank. The
apostles have sufficient rank to command, decree and
reprimand with authority. Their rank is within their
sphere of authority.
The apostles have rank in the areas that God has given them.
assigned. They cannot go anywhere and claim rank
about no one. The Apostle Paul spoke about not going beyond
to your measure (see 2 Corinthians 10:14). The translation of
Moffatt says: "I am not crossing the line, as if
you were beyond my sphere.
We have been guilty of overlooking this order because
we have:
he/she has not been taught
he did not see it clearly, or
he/she simply rejected it.
The tradition has also invalidated this word (see
Mark 7:13). Due to tradition, many prefer
to call a someone reverend doctor
superintendent or bishop, but rarely apostle.
Those who dared to identify themselves in this way
they have been considered extremes. Many have ignored,
avoided and attacked the office of apostle. But God is
restoring this ministry to the Church and giving us a
revelation of its purpose and

function. As believers begin to

clinging to this truth, they will also begin to move
towards the fullness of their calling and will be empowered
to fulfill their part in the Great Commission.
Chapter Four

Pioneer: Return to Basics

And God has appointed these in the church: first
apostles, second prophets, third teachers, afterwards
miracles, then gifts of healings, helps,
administrations, varieties
of languages.
And God has appointed these in the church: first apostles, second prophets, third teachers, after that miracles, then gifts of healings, helps, administrations, varieties of tongues.

Every single believer has been endowed by

God to fulfill His calling and purpose. For some,
his gifts will place them in a visible ministry; others
they are equipped for 'behind the scenes' ministries.
No gift makes anyone more important than anyone else.
We are all equal in Christ, equally loved by
God is equally necessary for the Body of Christ.
And yet, as we have seen, certain trades within
from the Church are appointed by God as greater
range than others. The reason for this is that someone has to
be the first; someone has to be a pioneer.
What 1 Corinthians 12:28 tells us is that the Church must
to be, above all, apostolic. This is the divine order of
ministry given to the Church. There is a wisdom behind
this order. It is not to elevate men nor exalt the
meat. God has a purpose in everything He does.
A divine order
Each of the gifts has a specific function
what works better in the divine order. When the Church
don't worry this order, it will not be able to move towards
the goal of fulfilling its purpose.
When things don't work, the result is
disorder and confusion. The anointing and power of God flow
through the order. The anointing flowed from the head of
Aaron, even his beard, even the hems of his garments
(see Ps. 133: 2).
The head represents authority. Order is always
based on authority. Again, the authority of the
Church must be the first apostolic teaching, second
prophetic and third. The amount of authority in which
we operate based on this order. The flow of the anointing is
base in this order. Our ability to comply with
the Great Commission is based on this order.
The apostolic prepares and opens the way to the prophetic.
The prophetic, in turn, prepares and opens the way for the
teaching. Each one precedes and paves the way for the
another. Each gift and ministry is designed by God in this
way to open the path for the other to follow.
Each territory needs the three to operate in order to
establish God's purposes in that region.
Evangelism and pastoring are used as forms of
reach and oversee people. These gifts are
important and necessary to perfect the saints and
to help fulfill the Great Commission. If the Church is
apostolic, it will also be evangelistic to reach out to the
lost; it will also be pastoral to protect and cover the
that are saved. The apostolic cannot function without these.
two gifts and without the others too.
First apostles
The Church of Jesus Christ must above all be a Church
apostolic. This means that it must be of character
principal, inherent, primary, and mainly
apostolic. This apostolic anointing has always had the
intention of being the governing anointing of the Church.
Governs, directs, sustains, and motivates the Church towards the
fulfillment of the Great Commission.
The apostolic gift and the anointing must always be in the
heart of the Church. It is the core, the center, and the nucleus of
what drives the Church, the central part around the
which are grouped and group the other parts. The first
apostles provided the core of the Church. Others
they began to gather around them, to function in
his gifts and graces and to help them move forward towards the
fulfillment of the Great Commission.
The apostolate, therefore, is a necessary part and
indispensable for the Church. It is not optional, but necessary
and mandatory. The Lord is raising up a company of
apostolic people and churches that will be a central group
around which others will gather and function.
When the apostolic becomes the anointing
the principal of the Church will set the tone for everything that
we do. It will cause the Church to feel inclined to
fulfill its commission. It will affect personality, the
temperament and the disposition of the Church. The Church
it will start to have a certain flavor. This anointing will affect everything
what we do, setting the tone of our prayer,
worship, preaching, teaching, and ministry in

We have all benefited from the pioneers. The

the world has benefited enormously thanks to its
vision. Alexander Graham Bell was a pioneer and now
we have global communications. Henry Ford was a
pioneer, and now we don't have to drive with a horse
and a carriage. The same occurs in the areas of science,
medicine, technology, literature, and government.
The founding fathers of the United States were
pioneers. They fought in a war, they drafted a
constitution and established the framework of the largest
republic of history. And who can forget all those
movies and television shows that show
vividly to brave pioneers in wagons
cutlery, crossing the country through dangerous territory,
unknown and even hostile? With all their belongings
earthly and their dreams of a better life, these pioneers
they fought forward, advancing through deserts
dry due to the heat and mountain ranges covered with
snow despite countless difficulties, such as the lack
of water and food and the constant threat of
diseases, injuries, and death. However, without those
resilient and persistent pioneers, a large part of this
our great country would never have been colonized.

THE APOSTOLIC ANOINTING PREVENTS THE CHURCH

LOST AND ANCIENT SEA. MAKES US RELEVANT
TO OUR WORLD, WITHOUT COMPROMISE.
Pioneers are often misunderstood,
mistreated and misquoted. The benefits of their lives to
pigs are only seen after they have left the
scene. The first apostles were pioneers, they set
the foundations of the Church and wrote the New Testament.
They left us an inheritance that has lasted for 2,000 years.
They were misunderstood and persecuted. And yet,
because they were apostolic, they had the ability to
overcome the obstacles that would have stopped the
common men.

Every generation and every era needs pioneers. The

human beings tend to remain the same and, at times,
even to go back. The pioneers motivate us and us
they push us to move forward. They expand us and help us to
break the barriers that would prevent us from progressing. We
they incite us to do more, they take us out of complacency and we
they motivate to achieve a goal.
The apostolic anointing keeps us at the forefront. We
drives towards the goal of fulfilling our
commission. It frees us from the past and pushes us towards the
future. It allows us to face the challenges of a world
changing. It prevents us from being out of fashion and
obsolete. It makes us relevant to our world, without
concessions. It keeps us moving forward and improving.

Paul was a founder and cornerstone. The apostles are

founders. The first apostles laid the foundations of
the Church (see 1 Cor. 3:10). Martin Luther laid the foundations
for the Reformation. John and Charles Wesley laid the foundations
of the Methodist church. Each movement in the Church has
had fundamental layers. Each generation needs
these types of people. Without them, nothing is established for
that generation. The apostolic spirit gives the capacity to
lay the foundations of our generation. Without this
A whole generation can be lost in dimension.
Revolutionary anointing
The commission that Jesus has entrusted to us demands that
let us penetrate all regions and territories with the
gospel. This requires a pioneering spirit and a
pioneering capability.
The first apostles had that pioneering spirit.
They invaded new nations and territories with the gospel.
They helped establish churches and were pioneers in
new works. When a church does not have the anointing
apostolic at its core, will result in a stagnation. The

Our Lord Jesus was a pioneer. The first
apostles were pioneers. This pioneering spirit has been
in the Church throughout history. Martin Luther was a
pioneer. John Wesley was a pioneer. Every movement

better, walk on it and preserve it.
The pioneering spirit is apostolic. God always desires
to do something new and will use apostolic people to
do it. Apostolic people have the ability to
persevere in the face of opposition. They have the strength and the
the mentality of a pioneer. The apostolic anointing will mark
the tone of your life and ministry. You will become a
pioneer believer. You will invade and possess a new
territory, natural and spiritually.
The pioneers have a revolutionary anointing.
The word 'advance' is defined as an act or instance of
cross an obstruction; an offensive push that
penetrates and goes beyond a defensive line in the
war.

Pioneers have the ability to overcome the

ignorance, fear, and other obstacles that prevent
people advance. The apostolic ministry has the
ability to penetrate the defenses established by the
powers of darkness. That is why God has placed him in
first place. Someone must make their way before it
can achieve significant progress. Someone must
to have the courage, the skill, and the power to break them
obstacles placed by the enemy.
The preaching and apostolic teaching have this
penetrating power. There must be advances in finance,
television, radio, publishing, construction projects and
other areas. We must be able to break tradition,
the religion, the ignorance, the poverty, the witchcraft, the
pride, rebellion and other obstacles. The apostle has the
function to go through these things so that people
may be released to walk in the truth.
Nations, cities, and regions are open to
gospel due to this revolutionary anointing. Without this
function, these areas will remain

closed to the truth. That’s why it’s so difficult to make headway in

some cities, nations, or groups of people. These
areas and people need to send.
When the apostles are sent to a region, they have
the ability (through the anointing) to penetrate into the
darkness and bring light and revelation to the people. There is no
substitute for the apostle. This ministry is like a battering ram
against the enemy's citadels.
The apostles are pioneers. An explorer is one who
discover a path, especially one that explores
untrodden regions to mark a new route. The

or a new area of knowledge.

after them. This ministry precedes and paves the way
to others. The first apostles left a legacy
spiritual path to follow by the Church. We have all inherited the
spiritual legacy of the first apostles.

A pioneer is also a man of borders. The

pioneers live and minister on the border. A border is
a new field for development activity, a
region that forms the margin of a developed territory
or settled. We call this 'living on the cutting edge'.
Often, the Church is established in a place
determined. The Lord continues to send apostles to
expand the borders of the Church. They expand
our spiritual horizons and liberate us from the
spiritual limits and the limitations of tradition and the
past experience.
There is a song that we sing in our church,
written by my good friend Kevin Leal. The following are
the words of the chorus:
Opening places in the spirit where the
men have never been. Opening
places in the spirit for Him to be able to
return. Opening places in the spirit
allowing men to make their way.

And then he will plunder his house (Matt. 12:29).

The apostle Paul had the desire to preach the gospel
and establish churches in new regions. He did not wish
to boast about the work of another man, but to preach Christ
where it had not been preached (see 2 Corinthians 10:16).
In addition to the regions that open to the Word of
God, the Lord also uses apostles to affect the
cities (see Acts 13:44). Remember, some are
called to cities, others to regions and others to nations.

War
For the weapons of our warfare are not carnal,

intercessor who desires a better understanding of this
important topic.
War is nothing new. The Bible is full of
wars. The apostles and the apostolic people will be a
war town, whether they use the term or not.
Bringing down fortresses
"War" in 2 Corinthians 10:4 is translated from the word
griegastrateia, which means apostolic, career, service
military (as one of difficulty and danger). It is
related to the word griegastrateuomai, which
it means to carry out the apostolate (with its arduous duties and
functions) and deal with

carnal thoughts. Paul was saying that the

the weapons of his apostolic ministry were powerful for
to overthrow fortresses.
I am convinced that there are certain strengths that do not
they can be destroyed without the apostolic anointing. "Strength" is
the Greek word ochuroma, which means fortress,
castle, fortified place. Satan and his demons have
strengthened by the invasion. They have built fortresses and are
has fortified in all regions of the world to
resist the advance of the Kingdom. We must take care of these
fortresses if we want to see the fulfillment of the Great
Commission. The apostles have the ability to confront
and bring down these fortresses.
The Apostle Paul links these strengths with
imaginations. This is the Greek word griegalogismos, which
it means reasoning, thought, computation or
logic. It carries the idea of holding something securely. It is
simply the way people think according to
its way of life, tradition, experience or teachings
past. Unfortunately, most of the
thoughts are against the knowledge of God.
The fortress is also made up of influence.

demolish these ways of thinking so that people
may receive and walk in the truth.
Dr. Clarence Walker defines a strength as a
argument, reasoning, opinion, idea and/or philosophy
blunt and stubborn that forms and resists the
knowledge of Jesus Christ. The translation of the New
Testament of the 20th century says: "We are committed to
refute arguments and tear down all barriers raised
against the knowledge of God." The strongholds make two
things: keep people away from the
knowledge of God and prevent people from
obey the truth. Ignorance and rebellion are the
result.
The term mentality describes a combination of
mindset and disposition. In other words, the mind already
is based on a set of beliefs and, therefore,
resists change. This means it is fixed and rigid. The
majority of the people who claim to have
an open mind is really not. Their minds are
closed and hardened to the truth and revelation.
Mindsets are the thought processes of

ancestors. Mentalities are not easy to change.
A strong anointing is needed to break the barriers

with their way of thinking.
People are proud of their way of thinking, although
I could be wrong. No one wants to admit that they are.
wrong, especially when their ancestors have
thought in a certain way for thousands of years. The
humility must precede repentance, and pride
will fight.
These fortresses are so strong that they resemble
fortresses. A fort is a citadel, a garrison, a
castle, a tower, a safeguard. We all have
heard the saying: "Hold the fort!" It means
defend and maintain the status quo. People prefer
to maintain their current way of thinking rather than changing.
They will defend the current way of thinking through the
discussion and debate. They will contradict and even
they will blaspheme if necessary.
Communism is a mindset; it is an ideology and
a philosophy of life. Materialism is a mindset
that bases happiness on success. Islam is a
mentality. Hinduism is a way of thinking. These
philosophies control the minds of countless people.
They are powerful strengths that can only be overcome.
through preaching and apostolic teaching.
The fortresses are important obstacles for the
advancement of the Church and must be addressed apostolically. The
preaching, teaching, and the general ministry of
apostolic people are powerful weapons in God for
bring down these strongholds. (The praise, the worship and the
sentence are also effective weapons). The first thing that
Jesus gave the Twelve when he sent them power over
the demons (see Matthew 10:1).
The Church must have the ability to fly and demolish
these strengths. The apostolic ministry has the power and
the authority to destroy strongholds and change the
mindset. There is a grace, a supernatural ability
to refute, refute, discredit and expose these
philosophies for what they are. People will not regret it.
unless I change my mind. This is the war that
The Apostle Paul refers in 2 Corinthians 10:3-5: refuting
arguments and taking captive philosophies that are
contrary to the truth.
Greek spirits
The Greek world in which the first ministered
apostles were filled with such philosophies. The Greeks were
lovers of wisdom. They were seekers of
knowledge up to the point of being guilty of idolatry
mentally. In other words, they worshipped knowledge.
They were the guardians of Aristotle and Plato.

and many other philosophers. They had firm opinions and

they defended their point of view. They enjoyed discussing and
debating.
It was in this type of world that the Church was born.
It would have been impossible for the Church to succeed in its
mission there without the grace of God. The apostolic grace and the
function about the Primitive Church gave them the ability to
to challenge and conquer these strongholds.
Currently, we find these same spirits.
operating in many university campuses. They are bastions
of intellectualism and rationalization. It is not a coincidence.
that the members of fraternities and brotherhoods

university student, the Spirit of the Lord caught my attention
towards the fraternity houses on campus. While
I was looking at all the Greek letters that identified the
different fraternities and brotherhoods, the words
"Greek spirits" came to my spirit. While
I was meditating on what the Holy Spirit gave me, I began
to understand the kind of spirits that they found

The world in its time was politically controlled.
by the Romans, but culturally influenced by the
Greeks. Philosophy was an important bastion. The
spirits of intellectualism and rationalization prevented
that many believed Christ had risen from
among the dead. University campuses are full
of this type of spirits.
The spirits of intellectualism, rationalization, the
pride, debate, and mental idolatry are the spirits
rulers in much of our educational system.
These are the same types of Greek spirits with which
they dealt with the first apostles. Just as they were able
to break the arguments of pagan philosophy, we
we must also do it.
The NewEnglish Bible says: "We demolish sophistries and
everything that raises its proud head against him
"knowledge of God" (2 Cor. 10:5). The sophists were
Greek philosophers who specialized in argumentation
dialectic and rhetoric. They were professional philosophers and
experts in elaborate arguments and

plausible but fallacious. In other words, it is misleading. In the

they were seeking the wisdom of God. They were seeking philosophy. Many
they saw Christianity as a more open philosophy to
debate. Phillips' translation refers to the type of
wisdom sought by the Greeks 'a panacea
"intellectual". They saw philosophy and education as a
panacea. But we preach Christ crucified, for

the Jews a stumbling block, for the Greeks foolishness

The Greeks considered that the
the preaching of the Cross was foolishness.
It was in this pagan, Greek philosophical world where the
Primitive Church was pushed. They were bearers of a
function that could bring down these fortresses. At the root of the
Greek philosophy was pride. The Greeks were
proud of their philosophical heritage and they discussed when
they faced the truth of the gospel. The ministry
apostolic confuses the philosophies of men. It is a
ministry of power that breaks the arguments that
Satan has established in the minds of men.
God uses this ministry to confound wisdom
of this world (see 1 Cor. 1:20). We need this same
type of ministry today to confront the arguments
what our modern world poses against the truth.
Although the arguments may have changed, the
the demonic influence behind them has not done it. It
deals with ancient principalities that must be tied and
expelled through the apostolic ministry. These are
stubborn arguments that refuse to yield; only
they can be destroyed through the apostolic ministry,
an anointing that confuses the wisdom of this world and
release the wisdom of God.
The Church needs apostolic grace today to refute
the arguments that people in our modern world
used to reject the gospel. Miracles, healings,
signs and wonders help to destroy these strongholds. The
people have no argument against the pure power of
God. They have difficulties explaining these things. They are seen
obliged a rethink sus positions y
face to face with the truth. The apostles
they come, not with seductive words of human wisdom,
but with demonstration of the Spirit and of power.
That is why, once again, the Church must be, above all,
apostolic. Without this dimension, we will not have the capacity
to destroy these fortresses. We are not only concerned with
points of view, but rather divisions of the world. Groups of
whole people think in a certain way. Segments
people of the world think in a certain way. Without the
apostolic function, how can we succeed against
these dominant worldviews? How can we, without the
apostolic function, to free millions of people from
mindsets that will send them to eternal damnation?
The mantle of the apostle
According to Dr. Paula A. Price in the Apostle of God

and government. 1 As mentioned earlier, the

said; I will make it a reality too. I have proposed it; I
I will also do it (Isaiah 46: 10,11).
God has a plan and a purpose that He will fulfill. He already
the prophets have said. Nothing will stand in the way
that he fulfills his good will; His advice
it will remain. We have the glorious opportunity to be
part of this plan. As we uncover the plan of
God, we pray and align ourselves with His will. We are
co-workers of God.
God calls the hungry bird of prey to execute
its purposes. This is a prophetic symbol of the ministry
apostolic. The voracious bird is the Hebrew word ayit, which
it means hawk. It also means to pounce on.
hawk is a symbol of war, which represents the
militaristic aspect of the apostle's mantle.

Another contemporary definition of 'hawk' is that

that demonstrates an actively aggressive attitude or
combative. She is a person who favors strength or the
military action to carry out a foreign policy.
What a symbol for the apostolic!
The Church also has a foreign policy. We have
the mission to go around the world and preach the
gospel. We must have an aggressive and warrior attitude.

The falcon symbolizes sharpness, keen vision and

Suddenly it seizes its prey. It is a voracious bird. Voracious
means extremely hungry, voracious or greedy
of gratification. This bird symbolizes the aspect
militant, aggressive and warrior of the apostolic ministry.
It is necessary to carry out God's plans.
As an official of the Church, the apostle is also
executive. It is a person who wields power in the Church.
In other words, you have the power and authority to
execute the plans and purposes of God. Execute means
put into effect, carry out, execute, fulfill
to end. God's purposes will neither be fulfilled nor
they will be carried out without the apostolic ministry being
restored in the Church.
For too long, the Church has tried to
carrying out God's plan while ignoring this ministry
vital. God calls the ravenous bird to carry out his counsel.
These are the generals and military commanders that
they will mobilize the people of God for the fulfillment of the
purposes of God. They have appetite and authority to
execute. We need people who do more than
to speak and

sing. They must do and act. They have the ability to

to finish and complete the tasks that the Lord gave them.
The apostolic Church must be quick to execute the
plans of the Lord. The hawk moves quickly; not
takes a long time to descend and devour its prey. The Church
in the book of Acts experienced a movement
quickly, achieving tremendous progress in a short period
of time. The move of God accelerated and gained momentum in
Jerusalem on the day of Pentecost. Quickly it
they added large numbers of believers to the Church.
This is the type of anointing that the Church will need in the
last days to fulfill the Great Commission. There are
a lot of work to do in a short time. The Lord wishes
do a quick job.
Prayer and the Apostolic

to his wife (Matt. 9:38).
We are living in the midst of the greatest revival of prayer
that the world has ever known. More people are praying
for revival and global evangelism like never before. The
recent advances in the 10/40 Window, the geographical area
between 10° and 40° north of the equator, which extends from Africa
from the West to the Far East, has been attributed to this
recent prayer movement. The prayer teams
they are visiting remote and isolated places to pray for
the fulfillment of the Great Commission. The cities of
entry is being prayed for in nations with
little to no Christian presence. God is pushing
to his people to pray all over the world. What is happening?
Is this the sign that we may be getting closer to
final push of world evangelization? I believe that the
the answer is yes.

The global prayer movement is releasing a

apostolic spirit about the Church. This is because the
prayer releases the apostolic anointing. Jesus encouraged us to pray.
to the Lord to send laborers into His harvest (see Luke)
10: 2). Remember, you will send an apostolic term. This us
show the connection between the prayer and the apostolic.
The apostolic revolves around the concept of sending and being
sent. God has always been a God who sends. He sent to
Moses went to Egypt when he heard the cries of his people in

to warn them of the consequences of their rebellion. He sent to

as a result of our prayers. That is why the Lord
He encourages us to pray. Every nation needs sent ones. The harvest
there are many, but few workers. The world needs
apostolic workers to gather the harvest.
I believe that, in response to the millions who are praying
currently, more apostles and apostolic ministries
they will be released at this hour that never happens. In fact, I believe
that the greatest apostolic spirit that the world has
known is beginning to break free. It will be greater than
what we read in the book of Acts. The next move
God will make the acts of the apostles smaller in
comparison. It's already happening. The churches more
greatest that the world has ever known are found
now on earth. There are more living Christians today than in
any other moment in history. They are
producing more miracles and healings than ever. There is
more apostles and prophets on earth than ever. We live
apostolic times.

Paul quoted the prophecy of Habakkuk when describing what
it was happening in the book of Acts. It was a
warning for the Jews who would not believe the amount of
gentiles that God would receive for their faith. It was something so new and
amazing that there was a danger of despising it. Habakkuk
he told them to look among the pagans and be amazed.
God was about to do something in the nations of
world that would be incredible.

This verse describes what happens during the

it can happen at any moment, and it is happening today.
God is working in the nations of the world. We are
looking among the nations and seeing what perhaps not
we had believed several years ago. That's why I say that now
we live in apostolic times.

The apostolic times are seasons in which God

unleashes an apostolic spirit in the Church. God begins to
to raise apostolic leaders and apostolic churches. This is
always in response to the prayer, and this is what is
happening today. Apostles are being placed in each
nation to harvest a harvest of recent times.
Praying with power
And it happened that in those days he went out to the mountain to pray and
spent the whole night in prayer to God. And when it became
day, he called his disciples to himself; and from them he chose
twelve, whom he also called apostles (Luke 6: 12,13).
Note that Jesus prayed all night before choosing the

to the churches to pray for their cities and nations to
to release an apostolic spirit in that region. Our
local church in Chicago has emphasized the prayer of the whole
night to unleash the apostolic spirit in our
own region. The prayer of the whole night is a form
powerful to unleash the apostolic spirit.
As we pray, the apostles can be identified.
and released in each region. We need to identify the
true apostles in a region. They may not be
those we would identify; we need to know to whom
identificaGod. A known preacher may not be the
indicated. Sometimes, those whom God chooses are
hidden until the prayer releases them.
Prayer not only frees the apostolic spirit; it sustains
an apostolic movement. Prayer frees momentum and
spiritual impetus. The Church in the book of Acts was
a church that prayed. They continued to make their way through
despite the resistance, the persecution, and even death.
They prayed until "the place where they were shook".
"gathered" (Acts 4:31). The result of their prayer was
an apostolic release of great power and great grace
(see verse 33). Signs and wonders were performed, and "the
believers were increasingly added to the Lord
(Acts 5:14). The apostolic spirit that is released through
the prayer nourishes the growth of the church; it is a
harvest function.
The apostles devoted themselves continually to prayer
(see Acts 6:4). Prayer is the strength of the ministry.
apostolic. Apostolic churches are being raised up by
all the land that will be houses of prayer for all the
nations (see Isa. 56:7); then we can ask Him to
God for the nations (see Ps. 2: 8).
Due to the authority and power that resides in the
apostolic function, better results are obtained when
we prayed apostolically. Many have heard about the
prophetic prayer, but few have heard of it.
apostolic prayer.

The apostolic prayer is a strategic prayer. It is a

governmental statement. It has a global perspective, with
the wisdom of fulfilling God's purposes for the
last times. This is because the apostles, along
with the prophets, they bring revelation to the Church to fulfill
the plans and purposes of the Lord. They give us an idea of the
eternal purposes of God. Those who enter into
contact with true apostles obtain a better
understanding of the purposes of God revealed in the
Word of God.
The apostolic prayer is revealing. The people
Apostolic prays with the advantage of God's wisdom. It is
to pray with the authority that comes from revelation. Today
we pray for things we never prayed for five years ago. This is
we are seeing things in the Word that we have never seen before
we saw before. As a result, our sentences are more
strong and deep like never before.
The apostolic prayer is the prayer of war. Epaphras
he worked fervently in prayer for the church of
Colossians (see Col. 4:12). Trabajares is an apostolic term.
It is the Greek word agonizomia, which means to struggle or
fight with an opponent, fight. The apostles and the
apostolic people fight against the powers of darkness
in the sentence. The apostolic sentence breaks the resistance.
in regions that have been captive to the powers of
the darkness. This type of intercession will help the
believers to remain perfect and complete in all things
will of God.
The apostolic prayer is unceasing (see 1 Thessalonians)
5:17). He does not rest until the plans are completed and
purposes of God. The apostolic ministry is tenacious and
implacable in its eagerness to finish. It does not cease for
resistances or temporary setbacks. It continues to be
pioneering and breaking all barriers until it
fulfills the commission. This is another reason why Satan
hear and fear this anointing. It is an unstoppable force. It is
persistent and patient despite the tests and
tribulations. It is a battering ram against the citadels of the
darkness.
The principle of Antioch
In the church that was in Antioch, there were certain
prophets and teachers: Barnabas, Simeon who was called
Niger, Lucius of Cyrene, Manaen who had been raised with
Herod the tetrarch and Saul. While they were ministering to
Lord, and they were fasting, the Holy Spirit said: 'Now set apart for me
from Bernabé and Saul for the work to which I have sent them
called." Then, having fasted and prayed, and after
They imposed taxes on the hands, they were fired. So,
sent by the Holy Spirit, they went down to Seleucia, and from
there they sailed to Cyprus (Acts 13: 1-4).

The apostolic times are times of liberation.

the apostolic spirit and the apostolic ministry. This is
you can do through prayer; it is happening today.
However, there is another way to liberate the apostolic.
I call this the 'principle of Antioch'. It is based on what
it happened in the church of Antioch. When the prophets and
teachers gathered to minister to the Lord and fast,
the Holy Spirit said: "Set apart for me Barnabas and Saul."
They were separated for an apostolic ministry.
Serving the Lord and fasting helped them to be freed for
his ministries.
There is also a prophetic element in these verses.
for the Church today. Scripture identifies prophets and
masters who come together to minister to the Lord and fast.
I believe this represents the two movements that
preceded this current apostolic movement. The
The church has already seen a release of the anointing of
teaching and the prophetic anointing. It is important that these
two movements come together to help release the anointing
apostolic. The prophets and teachers must not fight
against the apostles, but rather to be part of their
liberation. Some of the prophets and teachers themselves
they will be sent to apostolic ministries.
Fasting, along with prayer, is a way to release
to the apostles. After the church of Antioch
they fasted and prayed, they sent off Barnabas and Saul. These two
apostles were freed through fasting and the
prayer. Then they were sent by the Holy Spirit.
A final anointing
Jesus said to them, 'My food is to do the will of Him who'
he sent me, and to finish his work" (John 4:34).
Observe the two words "sent" and "finish". Jesus

You will need an apostolic Church to complete the Great
Commission. To finish not only means to reach the end of a
task or course means something that completes, concludes or
perfects.
The Lord is preparing the Church to complete its
task, and the apostolic ministry is absolutely essential
to prepare the Church for this purpose. Without the
the ministry of the apostle, the Church will lack grace, the
power and the authority necessary to end or
complete their mission.

to be able to finish my degree with joy, and the ministry
what I received from the Lord Jesus, to bear witness of the
gospel of the grace of God (Acts 20: 22-24).
Note Pablo's attitude. He was determined to finish his
course. Nothing could dissuade him from completing his ministry.
There was momentum and determination to finish. This must
be the mentality of the Church today. We must have a
apostolic mindset; we must be motivated and
determined to complete the Great Commission. This
mindset overcomes all obstacles and hurdles that
they obstruct the way of completion.
The tests, the tests and the tribulations do not
They dissuade from the true apostolic ministry. There is a
grace that resides within this anointing that exceeds all
opposition and breaks all barriers. And does not stop until
the task is completed.

Chapter six
Apostolic Reform
The Church is now undergoing another reform, and
This means that God is making changes in His
people, changes that affect every area of our life,
particularly in the way we think or in
our way of thinking. Change is uncomfortable but
necessary. Reform is a radical process that involves
amendment correction rectification renewal
recovery, recovery, salvation, rescue and
liberation. The Church, and all those who are part of it,
At one time or another, they must experience all of this.
A time of reform is a season of change
revolutionary. This is not the season for the fearful and
the timid. It is the season for the rise of the
audacity of the apostolic anointing. The apostles challenge
boldly challenge the status quo and force change for the better.
They are not worried about changing the Church for the sake of changing; they
they are concerned about the condition of the Church. They are sent
to correct things that are not in accordance with it
God's purpose for His Church.
The apostolic anointing helps to sustain the Church
current and relevant with each changing generation, without
concessions. Outdated methods must be changed and
outdated ministry rules to be able to play effectively
to each new generation. The spirit of reform is the
spirit of change. It contains the new that the Lord is
doing in a given era. The reform blesses and
strengthens the Church and keeps it moving forward towards the
fulfillment of the Great Commission.
Whenever there is a need for reform, the Lord
send apostles. The apostles have the ability to
overthrow the strongholds of tradition and bring in new ones
revelations. The apostles operate and minister under a
reforming function. When the Church is outside of
service and is not in the proper form, it is necessary
reform it. The apostles have the discernment to
to know when the Church is not in its proper form.
The spirit of the reformer

And if for these things you are not reformed by Me, but rather
you walk against Me, then I will also act in
against you, and I will punish you even seven times for your sins
(Lev. 26: 23,24).
The reform is not new. Even the Reform
The 16th-century Protestant Reformation was not the first reform for
the people of God. The Lord spoke of reform already in the book
from Leviticus. The beginning of the New Covenant through the
apostles was also a time of reform. The Lord
He/She always cares about the form and the shape of His/Her Church.
One of the functions of the apostle is to lead the Church to
the proper form. The apostles are concerned about the
biblical order. If the Church is not in the correct form, the
the apostle will come with the spirit of the reformer. God
He will send apostles to bring reform to the Church.

Mister.
The religious systems that have existed for years
before a reform are the greatest enemies of a
new move of God. The religious systems that
they need reform to serve the interests of the leaders of
this system and, in general, are the main opponents
of the reform. During the days of Jesus and the early
the apostles, the Sadducees, and the Pharisees had much to
to lose in a reform: their position, power, and control over
the people. The first apostles were persecuted by
these leaders to prevent a reform from being completed.
Apostolic audacity
And when they had prayed, the place where they were
they were gathered and were shaken; and they were all filled with the Spirit
Saint, and they spoke the word of God with boldness
(Acts 4:31).
In the midst of the hunt comes boldness
apostolic. The apostolic reformers stand out for
his daring in preaching the truth despite persecution
and even death. Intimidation is a tool
from the devil to stop the reform. The enemy does not want
that the Church adopt the form provided by the Lord.
When the Church takes on the appropriate form, it will fulfill.
God's plan on earth. Until then, the enemy
will use all methods at his disposal to stop
the reform, but one of its main weapons is the
intimidation.
Now, Lord, look at their threats and grant to your
servants who with all courage can speak your word
(Acts 4:29).
The systems and religious leaders that wish to maintain
the status quo will use threats for their own benefit
against the apostolic reformers. But the
Apostolic reformers have the anointing and the courage.
to carry out a reform in the face of opposition
fierce. They are hated and called troublemakers for their
message, but they bring to the Church what it needs most:
reform!

The reformer with a heart of lion

Martin Luther was called the reformer with
lion-hearted due to his boldness and his opposition to the
errors of the institutional Church of its time. Its
the ministry was apostolic and is an excellent example of
apostolic reformer.
In 1517, Pope Leo X needed money to
complete the construction of St. Peter's Church in Rome.
He granted permission to a man named John Tetzel, a
Dominican monk, to sell indulgences for

it was a promise to the buyer, granted by the Pope, of
a reduction of the duration of the stay in the
purgatory (according to Roman Catholic doctrine,
the place a believer goes after death to
to be purified of their sins and be ready for heaven.
It was an official pardon from the Church, granted by a
a certain amount of money, which in turn was used
to finance the construction of San Pedro.
The Catholic Church, essentially, was selling the
forgiveness of sins. This, of course, was not biblical,
but most people believed in what the Church told them
taught. The Scriptures were interpreted by the
clearly, which in turn was obliged by an oath to
to follow the teachings of the Church and the Pope, considered
infallible.
When Martin Luther, who at that moment was a
Augustinian monk committed to the Church, learned about
that Tetzel sold indulgences, he placed 95 theses or declarations
at the door of a church in Wittenberg, Germany,
opposing the buying and selling of pardons.
Luther was not trying to leave the Church
publishing his 95 theses, but was acting as
a scholar who wished to discuss the topic. In his time, if a

in the Church. His statements were translated from Latin
to the Germans and circulated among the common people. Soon,
Tetzel began to have problems selling
indulgences and began to attack Luther, accusing him of
to be a traitor to the Church. Luther was called to Rome.
to respond to these charges. He feared for his life,
knowing that many of those who had attacked or
questioned the teachings of the Church had been
burned at the stake for heresy.
Instead, Luther went to Augsburg, Germany, to be
interviewed by a cardinal named Cayetano, who
asked Luther to apologize for his 95 theses. Without
embargo, Luther refused and ended up fleeing from
Augsburg.
On June 15, 1520, Leo X gave Luther 60 days.
to withdraw everything that had been written or to be excommunicated
from the Church. When Luther received this ultimatum,
Four months had passed and their writings were being
burned in Rome and in many cities of Germany
by order of the Pope. In some cities, however, the
people refused to burn their writings and, instead, did so
defended.
The Church was losing control of the mind of
many of the people who had been exposed to the
writings of Luther. In Wittenberg, on December 10,
1520, Luther responded by burning the writings more
sacred of the Church, including the order of the Pope. Martin
Luther was excommunicated from the Church on January 3
1521.
The simple act of Martin Luther nailing his 95 theses
at the door of a church began what is known as the
Protestant Reformation. The spirit of reform was upon
he when he began to attack the teachings of the Church
that were not based on the Word of God. He began to
translate the Scriptures from Latin to German so that the
common people would read them and understand them. The people in
many cities began to destroy statues and the
priests began to marry.
Those who followed the reforms were called Lutherans.
The Roman Church, concerned about stopping the tide of
Lutheranism, urged the German princes to

Luther was not the only apostolic reformer of his
era, but he is often referred to as "the father of the
Reformation. The apostolic anointing that was upon Martin
Luther was strong enough to shake
the entire religious system of his time. The form of the
The church during its day was not correct because it was not
based on the Word of God. Luther made people
return to the Scriptures and separate from traditions
of men. The apostles have the ability to
to lead the Church in the right direction. This is one of
the reasons why we need apostles today.
The Church has always needed apostles, because
tends to be influenced by the traditions of men
and to deviate from the course ordered by God. The reform is
unpleasant and controversial, but absolutely
necessary. The Lord will continue reforming the Church
until the glorious Church prophesied in the Word
of God. He will continue to raise and use apostles
to achieve His purpose for the Church in the days
upcoming.
The defense and confirmation of the gospel

one month and I was seeing tremendous results. Many
believers were being freed from curses and

However, there are many who teach that Christians

saying that the truth had to be defended. It was through a
member of our church that the Lord called my
attention to Paul's words in the first chapter
of Philippians.
Just as it is fair for me to think this of all of you,
because I have them in my heart, since so much in my
chains as in the defense and confirmation of the gospel,
All of you are partakers with me of grace (Phil. 1:7,

Pablo said later: 'I am appointed for the defense of the

"gospel" (Phil. 1:17). As we continue
seeking the Lord regarding the ministry of the apostle,
we received more revelation about the purpose and function
of this trade. One of the job descriptions of the
apostle is defender of the faith.
There is a anointing that comes upon the apostles to
defend the truth. When the truth is attacked, there is
ability to confront opposition with the two-edged sword
threads of the Word of God that comes from the mouth of the apostle.
When the truth is attacked, the anointing upon the apostle.
he will silence and confront those who attack the truth.
The apostolic anointing is sometimes conflictual. Without
embargo, the apostles will not face each other out of pain or
bitterness, but by the desire to protect and defend the
truth.
But when I saw they were not clear about the truth.
from the gospel, I said to Peter in front of all of them: 'If you,
being Jewish, you live like the Gentiles and not like
the Jews, why do you force the Gentiles to live like
Jews? (Galatians 2:14).
When people do not walk according to the truth, the
the apostle will confront and correct them. Here we see the apostle
Pablo rebuking and confronting Pedro because not
was in complete agreement with the truth. Paul was
defending the truth. There are those who believe that the
Apostles are troublemakers because they are confrontational.
Some might say: 'Let's overlook certain discrepancies'
for the sake of peace." But the apostolic ministry does not see
things this way.
The truth cannot be compromised for the sake of the
peace. The truth will attract division. The enemies of
man will be those of his own house. Jesus said: 'I did not come to
bring peace, but a sword" (Matthew 10:34). The truth is the
sharp two-edged sword of the Word of God that
it will cause division. The truth separates and divides (see Hebrews
4:12).
Therefore, the preaching and teaching of the apostle are
often conflicting. The apostles confront the false
doctrines and teachings of men. They also
they confront tradition when it has invalidated the
Word of God. The truth must be preached, defended

from the Church. It does not surprise us when atheists,
humanists and liberals attack the Word of God. This is
to expect. But there are also attacks that come from the
interior of the Body. There are churches and believers who attack the
truth of health, liberation, the baptism of
Holy Spirit, the prophetic ministry and the ministry
apostolic.
The Lord is raising up apostles to defend and
confirm the truth. This is to free the saints from

The Pharisees, scribes, and religious leaders of today

They will drive away the danger and the attack from the Church. Their
preaching and teaching can become violent and

those who attacked his teachings. His greatest
the concern was that the truth would be preached and

The Church today knows little about preaching and
the controversial writing. If one defends the truth of what
What do you think, that person is labeled as dogmatic and
non-ecumenical. The spirit of commitment has entered into
many churches and they are not so worried about the
truth. But the Lord has always raised up defenders of
faith, people who are not afraid to preach and
defend the truth. They recognize that the truth not only
it should be preached, not defended. If men do not
defend the truth, lies will prevail. If
lies prevail, people walk in slavery and
deception. This is another reason why the Church needs the
ministry of the apostle.
The apostles have an anointing to defend and
confirm the truth. They walk with determination and proclaim
the truth despite the persecution and the opposition. The

a letter of Christ, administered by us, written
not with ink but by the Spirit of the living God, not in
tables of stone, but in tables of flesh, that is to say, of the
heart (2 Cor. 3: 2, 3).
All of us who believe in Jesus Christ as Lord and
We are letters of Christ. What does that mean?
It means that both believers and unbelievers us
they watch and "read" the gospel by the way we live
our lives. And the way we live our
lives, the testimony we give to those who look at us
reflects the apostolic ministry that gave us birth and/or us
disciple.
This is a great responsibility, not only for the
apostles, but for all believers. If we want to be
epistles that positively affect the lives of those
that 'read' us, we need to reflect a dimension
apostolic in our lives that lifts the name of
Jesus and draw all men to Himself (see John)
12:32)
The apostolic is the signal, mark or visible symbol
what serves as evidence of a true ministry
apostolic. The seal of a true apostle will be the people
believers born and raised through the ministry of
apostle. These believers will have a dimension
apostolic in their lives due to the gift of the apostle; they will have
the seal of an apostle upon them. They will be a company
apostolic of believers, the visible evidence of the true
calling of an apostle. And they will manifest the characteristics
of an apostolic ministry.
A seal is an emblem, symbol, or letter in relief that
serves as proof of authenticity. It is a mark or
authentication symbol that establishes that something or someone
it is genuine. The apostolic seal authenticates the ministry of
a true apostle. This seal or stamp will be upon the
believers who are a product of the ministry of the apostle.
Identification of true apostles
Let's take a look at the distinctive brands of a
apostolic ministry. False apostles will not have this
seal. Neither they nor their followers will bear these marks
distinctive. It is important to recognize the apostolic seal,
because it can be used for authentication, to distinguish it
false from the true.
You have tested those who say they are apostles and are not,
and you have found them to be liars (Rev. 2: 2).
We must test or try those who claim to be apostles.
The Lord praised the church of Ephesus for testing
those who claimed to be apostles. The Berkeley version says:
How have you tested those who call themselves
the same apostles although they are not, and you have discovered that
"they are impostors" (MLB, italics added).
We must test or prove all things (see 1 Thess.
It is important that we know the characteristics
from the true apostles so that we can approve and
be blessed by their ministries. There are many who
they claim the apostleship but do not have the grace of
walking in this profession. "For these are false apostles,
deceitful workers, who disguise themselves as apostles of
Christ" (2 Cor. 11:13).

We must take into account that there is a difference

between being in the office of apostle and being apostolic. Everything
believer and minister can and should be apostolic until
certain point. The Holy Spirit is an apostolic Spirit and
dwells in all believers. Likewise, every church must
have an apostolic dimension. But there are pastors who
they are mistakenly identified as apostles because, until
certain point, they have an apostolic dimension operating
in their ministries. It is reckless and dangerous to try to
to walk in an office where we do not have the grace of

There are some defined characteristics of the true.
apostles. Roger Sapp, in his book The Last Apostles in
the Earth, list five characteristics of true ones
apostles
1.Signs, wonders, and miracles (2 Cor. 12:12). The
the apostle's preaching must be accompanied by the
release of evil spirits, healing the

sick and miracles. Clearly this brand is not

sufficient to establish the apostolate of a servant of
God in particular, but it is the first characteristic that
It will have all apostolic ministry.
2.Revelation of the call for independent witnesses
(Acts 13: 1,2). When an apostle is prepared to
to function in this calling, God will reveal it to
independent witnesses. This is the second qualification and
follows a well-established principle of the Scriptures. Everything
divine deed that the Lord wishes to establish in the Church is
validates based on two or three independent witnesses.
God will particularly give prophets to the apostle like
witnesses.
3.Ministers are given to the apostles (Acts 20:4,5).
God gives the apostles other ministers to work.
with them in a team ministry under his authority.
4. Churches in full operation (1 Cor. 9: 2). There are
many people who are pioneers in a church
apparently successfully and by the grace of God. This does not
it necessarily turns them into apostles. However,
the repeated success in church planting, along with the
other previous characteristics certainly provide evidence
from an apostolic call.
5. Resistance would be of the wicked angels (2 Cor. 12:
7). The apostolic ministry can be identified by the
amount of opposition it receives. This characteristic is
easily overlooked and misunderstood by the Church.
The Church seems to believe that the ministries that do not have
opposition and those who are accepted must be blessed, and
that the ministries opposed by others must have
something wrong with them. On the contrary, it is true. The
ministries that lead the way in power and the
renewal will also find great opposition from
the enemy.1
These five biblical characteristics of the ministry
apostolic provide the Church with a means to measure
the affirmations of the apostolate. The mere fact of
to claim that God has placed us in the office of apostle does not
it is proof that this is so. Although the apostles
they may differ in their ministry style, they will show
these five characteristics. Many of those who do not pass the
test will not agree with some or all of these
characteristics, but the Word of God is our line of
final measurement. These characteristics of the first ones
apostles can be found in the Word. We cannot
to settle for less if we are going to believe in the
restoration.
The Apostolate
Because it is written in the Book of Psalms: "Let it be

"Take his position" (Acts 1:20).

The apostolate is the office or the duties of an apostle.

Too often we look at an individual but
we do not recognize the position you hold. It is important
to understand that the apostolate is a profession. Paul
he referred to his ministry as a duty (see Romans 11:13,
KJV). How can people perform
fully the functions of an office if not
Do you understand the office and its functions? The revelation of
apostolate is necessary to walk fully in the
authority and the power of this office. I am convinced that
that many apostles have never fully operated in
his call because they do not fully understand the
office.
As I have already said, a large part of the Church has taught
that the ministry of the apostle is no longer for today. It has been
the common belief that there were no more apostles afterwards
of the death of the Twelve (plus Paul). But what many
they have not been able to see or understand is that, although the
the first apostles died, the office of apostolate did not
ceased. The ministry of apostleship is not just a man; it is
an office.

the office of apostolate from generation to generation. The
men die, but the offices remain. This is
true both in the secular world and in the Church, as
in the example of the position of president of the United States
United. If the president dies, the office does not die with him;
someone else takes their place. The same happens with the profession
of the apostleship. Although the first apostles died,

It has always been God's will that this office be

will that was vacant. This is true with
regarding all the offices of the quintuple ministry (see
Ephesians 4:11). Most churches would not think of

they will try to take that position as quickly as possible. A

Pastoring can mean problems for a church.

Someone needs to carry out the duties of the pastoral ministry.
However, we have thought differently about it.
Regarding the apostolate. Because many have
taught that there was no longer a need for apostles
after the death of the Twelve, this position has been
vacant for much of the last 2000 years. There are
certain things that will not happen when there is a vacancy,
because there is no one to stand in the office and execute
their duties and functions.
Now we see that the Lord frees a generation of
apostles to occupy this position and carry out their duties and
functions. Certain individuals are once again
accepting this ministry and beginning to walk with
force in him. There have periodically been apostles to the
throughout the history of the Church, but now we are
seeing a restoration of this ministry. This means
that we will see a greater number of apostles ministering
on earth.
In all continents, we see believers accept
this call and to hold this position. Again, this does not
means that all who affirm the apostolate are
true apostles. However, there are many apostles
genuine ones who minister today, and the number is increasing to
as our understanding of this trade increases

This influential office has a huge amount of
power and authority. God has deposited this power and
authority in this profession because the duties of the profession

office. Once we understand the responsibilities of

Pablo declared that he worked more abundantly than

with the duties of the apostolate. Satan did everything to
possible to oppose him and prevent him from executing the
duties of his position. Satan hates and fears this office
because he knows his inherent power and authority. Has

office. He has addressed, through tradition and the
disbelief, of blinding those called to this position. He knows
that once the apostolate is executed, it will mean a lot
destruction for their plans and purposes.
Restored with a purpose
The apostolic anointing is a laborious anointing. When
Jesus sent the Twelve, he called them workers (see Matthew)
"Worker" is translated from the same word as
"workers" in Matthew 9:38. It is the Greek word ergates, which
means worker. Jesus admonished the Church to pray
for queenviaraobreros to the harvest. Remember, send a
apostolic term. This type of worker is needed
to bring in the harvest. Jesus connects the ministry
apostolic with the harvest.
Therefore, I will restore to you the years that the swarming locust has eaten,
the locust, the devouring locust, and the locust, my great
the army that I sent among you (Joel 2:25).
Joel prophesied about the restoration of the harvest.
I believe this is also a prophetic word about the
restoration of the apostolic ministry, because Jesus
he connected the harvest with the apostolic. We will see a
harvest of souls on this day that will surpass the number of
souls that arrived at the Church during

its first complete 2000 years. A large part of the

CURRENTLY HONORING THE OFFICE OF THE APOSTLE IN

The apostle Peter preached about the times of
restoration or restitution, spoken by the prophets
from the beginning of the world (see Acts 3:21). He said
that heaven will receive our Lord until it

There are seasons when the Lord magnifies certain
offices and restores them to the Church. Although up to a certain
point all the functions and offices have been in
functioning since the Primitive Church, I refer to the
restoration of the profession in its fullness.
There have always been those who have ministered as
apostles throughout the history of the Church. Without

placing His glory upon him during this hour.
Duties of the Apostles
The apostles need to know their duties and
functions of the apostolate to fulfill them faithfully. The
the following duties must be executed by apostles:
A. Gather. The apostolic anointing is an anointing of
meeting. The apostles gather people for the purpose
to teach, train and mobilize them to fulfill the
God's purposes and plans. They have the charisma to attract.
to the people for the purposes of the kingdom. "Whoever does not

B.Impart. The apostles have the ability to
to impart spiritual thanks to the saints. This impartation
allows the saints to fulfill their callings and

destinations (see Romans 1:11).

C.Mobilize. The apostles have the ability to
to awaken and mobilize the army of God. People need
meet and mobilize to fulfill the Great
Commission.
D. By charge. The apostles bring order and governance
to the Church. The apostolic anointing is an anointing
ruler. Government is necessary to facilitate the flow
of the power and anointing of God (see Titus 1:5).
E.Judge.The apostles bring judgment and correction to the
Church. They issue sentences and verdicts against the
false teaching and incorrect behavior (see 1
Cor. 5: 3)
F. To reform. The apostles are reformers.

H. To bring revelation. The apostolic ministry is
a ministry of revelation. The apostles contribute
knowledge of the Body of Christ with respect to the
plans and purposes of God (see Ephesians 3).
I. To the father. The apostles are spiritual fathers.
As parents, they are born, protect, teach, and guide.
Restore the principle of parenthood in the Church (see
Mal. 4; 1 Cor. 4:15)
J. Laying the foundations. The apostolic anointing is a
fundamental function. The apostles lay the foundation
in the life of the people of God, preparing them for the
upcoming moves of God. Without the ministry
apostolic, people lack the proper foundation to
grow adequately (see Ephesians 2:20).
K. To begin. The apostles start new
movements of God. The apostolic anointing is an anointing
active. The apostles are catalysts. This gift helps to
release the other gifts of the Church.
At the bridge. The apostles rise during the
transitional seasons. They provide the bridges
necessary for the Church to move from the old to the new.
M.Establish.The apostles help to establish the
truth, the revelation, the churches and the new ones
movements of the Spirit. Establish the means to
make them a reality in a firm or permanent way.
N. To be a pioneer. The apostles are pioneers.
They keep the Church moving towards new
territories, both natural and spiritually.
O.Legislate.As officials of the Church, the apostles
legislate. They issue orders and decrees of the Kingdom for the
Church (see Acts 15).
P. To execute. The apostles have a skill
unique to execute God's plans and purposes.

function is absolutely necessary to comply with the

X. Order. The apostles order and establish a
qualified leadership (see Titus 1: 5). This includes
selection and confirmation. The apostolic ordination gives
fruit (see John 15:16).
Y. To confront. The apostles confront the
false teaching, witchcraft, immorality, any

ministries that God has called them to.

Chapter eight

The apostolic church

Some of the largest churches that the world has
known are now found on the earth. The churches
apostolic and apostolic networks are developing
throughout the world as God places His Church
to fulfill the Great Commission.
Dr. C. Peter Wagner calls this movement a
new apostolic reform. It is a movement that
finally will affect everyone within the Church. The challenge
for each one of us it is, will we fight against and
we will reject the movement, or we will support it and
Will we flow with him? I think the more we understand
about the apostolic dimension, we will want to be more
part of this great move of God in the last times.
Apostolic dimension
An apostolic church is a church that has a
strong apostolic dimension. A dimension is defined
like the measure of length, width, and thickness. It is the
proportion, extent, reach, scope or weight of a
What. The apostolic dimension, therefore, is the measure.
from the apostolic anointing that flows through a believer
individual or a corporate assembly.
In order to identify the apostolic dimension,
we need to know the characteristics of the ministry
apostolic. What are the distinguishing marks of
true apostolic ministry? Many of these
characteristics are found in the book of Acts;
Apostolic anointing is the dominant anointing throughout the entire book.
We identified these distinctive marks in the last
chapter, referring to them as the 'apostolic seal'.
If the apostolic dimension is lacking in a church, that
the church will lack a necessary ingredient for success.
This dimension, however, is available and can
to graduate through teaching.
The ministerial gift of the apostle has been granted to the
Church to release an apostolic dimension to all
believers. When we receive the ministry of the apostle,
we will receive the apostolic dimension. This does not convert to
everyone in apostles, but can free the believers
to be apostolic.
When a church becomes apostolic, it will see advancements.
that were not possible before; there will be capacity to do
things that could not be done before. This is due to the
apostolic grace that is released and received through the
apostolic ministry. Grace gives us the capacity to
achieve what we have been called and sent to do.
For example, some local churches are strong in
evangelism, but weak in the prophetic. Other churches
they can be strong in the prophetic, but weak in
evangelism. Others may be strong in teaching,
but weak in the prophetic. Churches generally
they will reflect the strength of their shepherds, because the church
receives their leaders' dimensions.
If the pastor is a strong teacher, the church will have a
strong dimension of teaching. If the pastor is a
evangelist, the church will have a strong dimension
evangelistic. That is why believers need to be
exposed to different ministerial gifts; no gift
You can perfect the Church.
Law of Impartition
The apostolic anointing is transferable, meaning it can be
to transmit from one person to another. This is the law of the
impartation. When God anoints someone, there is a measure
of grace in that individual's life. The individual
then it becomes a container or deposit of the
Anointing. The Lord wishes to pour out His anointing on the earth.
Wherever and whenever the anointing flows, it brings
blessings, miracles, healing, and deliverance. The yokes are
they destroy and the burdens are alleviated due to the anointing (see
Isa. 10:27). The Lord has chosen to use men and women
as channels to release His anointing on the earth.
The word 'Christ' is derived from the Greek word
Christ means anointed. Christ comes from the root
from the verb Chrio, which means to anoint, to rub with oil.
Jesus is the Christ, the Anointed One. He operated in the Spirit (anointing).
without measure (see John 3:34). While ministering here in the
earth, the anointing flowed through him to bless the
multitudes. Miracles and healings were common.
In His earthly ministry due to the anointing.
Through the law of impartation, Christ transferred a
measure of his anointing to the disciples and sent them as
apostles (see Luke 9: 1,2). They went out and obtained
results similar to those of Jesus, because they ministered in
a measure of His anointing. The Lord releases His anointing in the
earth through those whom he calls and sends.
Apostles, prophets, evangelists, pastors, and teachers
they are all called and sent by the Lord. Each one
It has a dimension of Christ to impart to the Church.
That is why it says: "When he ascended on high, he took captivity captive
the captivity and gave gifts to men" (Ephesians 4: 8).
In other words, when the Lord ascended, He divided His
cloak in five parts. He gave the apostolic cloak to some
(not to everyone). He gave his prophetic mantle to some (not to
He gave his evangelistic mantle to some (not to all).
God gave His pastoral mantle to some (not to all). God gave His
cloak of teaching to some (not to all).
Each mantle carries a certain amount of grace. Jesus
he had the Spirit (anointing) without measure, but the gifts
ministries are given according to the measure of the gift of Christ
(see Ephesians 4:7). The apostle receives an apostolic measure.
The prophet receives a prophetic measure. The evangelist
receive an evangelistic measure, etc. A measure
it means a limit or a degree. No person carries all
the anointing. Different people carry different measures.
Jesus measured the anointings and distributed them among men.
This is God's method to bring His anointing to the
earth. The apostle has received an anointing to liberate,
because he has received a measure of Christ. The apostle
can impart this to the saints. Then the saints
they receive and can minister in an apostolic dimension.
The apostolic anointing flows from Jesus, through the
apostles, to the saints within the earth. The same
It happens with the other ministerial gifts. Each anointing is
unique and has a unique and important purpose, and each one
it has certain characteristics.
If the Church receives the five dimensions by being
exposed to the anointed ministerial gifts, it can
to manifest Christ to the world, for the fullness of Christ
it is seen through the five combined gifts. Each
ministry is important; we need the five
dimensions. In other words, every believer must be
multidimensional.

In this book, we emphasize the apostolic dimension. This

does not mean that others are not important or
necessary. Often, when the Lord is restoring
a truth, there will be an emphasis on that truth
(apparently at the expense of other truths). Without
embargo, the other dimensions are also necessary.
Access to apostolic grace
Just as it is fair for me to think this of all of you,
because I have them in my heart, since so much in my
chains as in the defense and confirmation of the gospel,
all of you share in my grace (Phil. 1:7).
Because the apostolic dimension is so necessary.
for the local church to function properly, each
local church must develop a strategy to access
to the apostolic grace. There are two ways in which a church
the local can access apostolic grace. The first and
the main way is to have an apostle as an elder (pastor)
from the local church. The apostles can shepherd because
there is a pastoral dimension in the apostolic anointing.
When the elder is an apostle, there will be a flow
constant of the apostolic anointing that will make a strong
the apostolic dimension should be present in the local church. This
it is released through preaching, teaching,
prophecy and the general ministry of the apostle.
However, not all pastors are apostles. It is not
It is not necessary to be an apostle to pastor a local church.
Although all pastors are not apostles, all
pastors need the apostolic dimension to operate from
effective way in their ministries and local churches. For
thus, the second way a local church can
accessing apostolic grace is to be in relationship with a
apostle. Through this relationship, the apostolic anointing
can flow into the local church, releasing a dimension
apostolic.
This does not mean that an apostolic dimension will arrive at
the local church just because some of the members of the
church knows an apostle. There must be a strategy,
a course of action that results in accessing grace that
rest on the apostolic office. This may include
companionship, conferences and other means to obtain
of the anointing upon the apostles with whom the pastors
they are in a pact.
Dr. Noel Woodroffe of Elijah Ministries in Trinidad
refers to these relationships as 'Cornelius'
Connections. This is based on the account in Acts 10 of the
prayers and alms of Cornelius that are presented as
a memorial before the Lord. The Lord sent an angel to
Cornelius to give instructions to contact the apostle
Pedro, who in turn would give him the word of salvation.

fear of the Jews, could, without grace, fulfill the
commission that our Lord gave them. They not only needed
grace, they also needed an abundance of grace.
And with great power, the apostles gave testimony of the
resurrection of the Lord Jesus. And great grace was upon
all of them (Acts 4:33).
Grace is the ability of God to do what
normally it could not be done. From the Upper Room
120 people came who would turn the world upside down
up. How this small group of strangers won
so much drive and achieved the impossible? The answer, by
supposedly, it is through grace. They were receivers of
"great grace". The word "great" here is the word
griegamegas, from which we derive our prefix for use
common "mega-", which means very large in size or
proportion. The apostles had mega grace.
The apostolic anointing releases great amounts of
thanks to the Church. There is such liberation that no

1: 4-7). The churches under this anointing also

our commission is not an average commission. The
apostles and apostolic people have a
a multitude of skills. Having skill means that
one has the power, the ability, or the necessary resources.
It means to be well-equipped, equipped, competent,
gifted and empowered. The Church must rely on
competent and qualified individuals, suited for the
task.
The frustration that many churches are experiencing now
will break. Mega-Grace will free singers, musicians,

ministries: everything needed to carry out the work.

Jerusalem: the first church
And they continued steadfastly in the apostles' doctrine, in the
communion with the apostles, in the breaking of the bread and
in the sentences.
Then fear seized upon every soul, and it
they performed many wonders and signs through
apostles. Now, all who believed were together,
and they had all things in common, and they sold their
possessions and goods, and they divided them among everyone, according to the
need of each one.
So that, being united in perseverance every day in the
temple, and breaking bread from house to house, they ate with
joy and simplicity of heart, praising God and rejoicing
of the favor of all the people. And the Lord added to the church
every day to those who were being saved (Acts
2: 42-47
As we have seen, the word "first" in 1
Corinthians 12:28 is the Greek word proton, which means
first in time, place, order, or importance. The church
from Jerusalem was the first in time, place, order and
importance. All the churches in the book of Acts
they were apostolic, because they were founded by the
apostles or had their presence. But the church of
Jerusalem had the presence of the Twelve (including
Matthias, who was chosen to replace Judas
Iscariot). This church would have a strong dimension
apostolic due to the ministries of the apostles.
The following points list some of the
Characteristics of the church in Jerusalem:
Apostolic doctrine. The believers continued
firmly in the doctrine of the apostles. The teaching
apostolic is fundamental and must be in the life of each
believer. Apostolic churches are known for the
your doctrine based on the Word of God. The people
apostolic people will be of sound doctrine.
2. Fellowship. This is the Greek word koinonia,
it means association, participation, and communion. The
apostolic dimension provokes strong participation of
the believers when that dimension is present when
the believers gather and have fellowship with one another
others.
3. Breaking the bread. These were the services of
communion. The Lord's Supper was a vital part of this
church.
4. Sentences. The prayer meetings also
they were a vital part of this church. The anointing
apostolic releases a strong dimension of prayer in the
local church.

5. Fear. This is the reverent fear of the Lord. The

miraculous of the apostolic ministry. The signs and the
wonders were part of this apostolic church.
7. Unity. The believers were together and had
all things in common. The unity of purpose and mind
was characteristic of the church of Jerusalem.
8. Given. There was a generous spirit in the church of
Jerusalem. This was the result of a great grace over
all of them (see Acts 4: 33-35). The needs of each

unanimous in the temple. They worshiped together regularly in
the temple and gathered in small groups to receive the
Communion.
10. Joy. A great delight, including the
thankfulness, was characteristic of this church. The
the spirit of joy was strong in Jerusalem. The churches
apostolic will have a strong aspect of the Kingdom of joy
in the Holy Spirit (see Rom. 14:17).
11. Praise. A great praise is released through
from the apostolic anointing. The apostolic churches will be
centers of praise and celebration. Praise in a
Apostolic church will be fundamental to bring down
fortresses. Through praise, kings are bound
with chains and the nobles with iron shackles (see Sal.
149: 8).
12. Favor. The whole city was favorable to them.
"Favor" is the Greek word charis, which means the
divine influence over the heart. God grants favor to the
apostolic churches in their cities, regions or nations.
The result of the apostolic dimension was an incredible
growth of the church. The Lord added daily to the
Church. Addition, multiplication, and multitudes are terms
common terms used in the book of Acts for

Acts 5:14; 6:7; 11:21.
The apostolic dimension provokes and nurtures the
growth of the church. Multitudes are drawn

Great power and grace
And with great power the apostles gave testimony of the
resurrection of the Lord Jesus. And great grace was upon
all of them (Acts 4:33, italics added).

The apostolic church will be a church of great power.

power is a distinctive mark of true ministry
apostolic. The Lord never sends people without giving them
power. Power is necessary to carry out the task for the
what is sent. When the Lord sent the Twelve, He gave them
power (dunamis) and authority (exousia).
The word griegadunamissignifica miraculous power,

"great power". As we have seen, the word
"large" esmegas, which means large. The ministry
apostolic is characterized by the megapower, as well as by
the mega grace. This is a dimension of power that is
beyond the norm. The result will be a quantity
unusually large number of healings and miracles. The
the powers of darkness will be destroyed by a great
power from on high. I call this the 'apostolic explosion.'
The apostolic people (sent) will testify with great
power. The Church cannot adequately testify to the
world that "Jesus is alive!" without the apostolic dimension.
The apostolic church is also a church of 'great

divine about the heart. Grace moves people
because it moves their hearts. The result of a great
grace in the context of Acts 4:33,34 was to give. The
saints sold their possessions and left the money to the
feet of the apostles. This was done without compulsion and was
simply the result of a great grace.
Paul identifies giving as a grace (see 2 Cor.
8: 2-7). It is the nature of grace to give. The anointing
apostolic will release a divine influence upon the heart
that will manifest when giving. An apostolic church will have
great grace to give, with abundant finances released
for the work of the ministry.
Abundance is the result of grace.
the apostolic dimension will ensure that the needs are met
needs because it releases abundance.
Signs and wonders
And through the hands of the apostles, many signs were done.
many signs and wonders among the people (Acts 5:12).
An apostolic church will be a church of signs and
prodigies. Signs and wonders are mentioned in
length of the book of Acts. The apostolic anointing is the
dominant function in the book of Acts, where it
seven characteristics of signs and wonders are found:
Signs and wonders reveal God's approval over the
ministry (Acts

3. Signs and wonders free the people of God to
to minister with boldness (Acts 4:30,31).
4. Signs and wonders touch the common man (Acts 5:12).
5. Signs and wonders follow a messenger (Ps. 105: 26,27;
Acts 7:36
6. Signs and wonders attract people (Acts 8:13).
7. Signs and wonders bear witness to the

Cor. 12:12).

part of the apostolic testimony.

Siloam means sent. The pool of Siloam is a type of
prophetic symbol of the apostolic ministry. The blind man

common because everyone is born blind. The ones sent bring light
to those who are in darkness. The apostolic ministry

Wherever the apostolic dimension is strong,
there will be an apostolic pond (Siloé) from which people

concentration of the apostolic spirit that can open the

where anointing will be concentrated.

I will deliver you from the Jewish people, just as from the gentiles, to

that had been sent to do.
Multitudes of people live in spiritual darkness,
groping under the dominion of Satan, who has blinded their
minds (see 2 Cor. 4: 3, 4). They need to be freed from the
spirits of blindness, darkness, and ignorance. The Lord, in
His mercy sends apostles with an anointing that

Satan fiercely opposes the apostolic ministry,
pursuing him for the massive damage he inflicts on his kingdom.

that extends over the nations (see Isa. 25: 7). A
Apostolic church is a threat to the spirits of the
darkness that controls a city, region, or nation.
The apostolic dimension engenders believers without a veil:
believers who can see and will walk in the revelation
What this ministry brings. One of the distinctive marks of
true apostolic ministry is revelation.
By revelation, the Lord makes known the mysteries of
His kingdom. Pablo understood the secrets of the Kingdom because
received revelation. Within the apostolic anointing resides
the spirit of revelation; those who receive and walk
in this dimension you will receive a great measure of
revelation.
You can measure the apostolic dimension by the scope of
the revelation in which an individual believer walks or
a local church. Where the apostolic dimension is lacking,
the understanding of the mysteries of the kingdom of God is missing.
"Revelation" in Ephesians 3: 3 is the Greek word
apocalypse, which means a revelation or manifestation.
It comes from the root of the word apokalupto, which means
remove the lid, reveal or uncover. The hidden things since the
the foundation of the world is revealed during times
apostolic.
Which in other times was not made known to the
sons of men, as it has now been revealed by the
Spirit to His holy apostles and prophets (Ephesians 3:5).

The apostles and prophets receive revelation from the Spirit.

Through the law of impartation, they impart this
revelation to the saints so that they too can
to understand the mysteries of the Kingdom. There is a grace upon
these ministries to make believers see the
mysteries that are revealed (see Ephesians 3: 9).
Pablo referred to himself and other apostles of his
age as "administrators of the mysteries of God" (1
Cor. 4: 1). The Living Bible says: 'So that Apollos and
we should be regarded as servants of Christ who

While we wash ourselves in the apostolic pond,
we will go out seeing. The saints will have revelation and
understanding of the mysteries of the Kingdom. They will possess
spiritual understanding and wisdom in the things of God.
They will not walk in ignorance and darkness, but in
knowledge and light.
The signs of an apostle

An apostolic people (sent) is a people of
patience. The Greek word for 'patience' in the passage
anterior ishupomone, which means joy, resilience and
constancy. It means to continue despite persecution,
the tribulation or the resistance. The apostolic dimension gives
the saints the ability to overcome obstacles and the
demonic opposition through patience.
Audacity is necessary to overcome threats and the

Menudo attacks the movement of God.
Patience also means perseverance. The
ability to persevere and overcome pressures of
enemy is a characteristic of an apostolic church.
Pablo, in defending his apostolate, mentioned the things that
he endured (see 2 Cor. 11: 24-29).
The enemy cannot overcome an apostolic church
due to the strength of patience. It doesn't matter how much
attack on that church, cannot defeat it when the
saints receive and walk in the apostolic dimension.
When they saw the boldness of Peter and John, and they realized

The church should be bold and aggressive in witnessing. Satan attacks
the believers with fear and tries to prevent them from being

among all nations (see Rom. 1:15). The anointing
apostolic made many priests turn back
obedient to the faith (see Acts 6:7).
The apostolic dimension will make the saints become
obedient to the Word of God in all aspects.
It also discourages disobedience and rebellion. The
apostolic people do not fear obeying God despite
the opposition of men or of religious systems.
The apostles continued preaching the truth despite
that the religious leaders of their time told them not to
they did it (see Acts 4: 18-21).

God's will that believers be lost in the

The apostolic dimension provides a stronghold
against the plans and tricks of the enemy. The anointing

lasted more than a thousand years.

the men towards Him, the Messenger. The apostolic people
Sent ones depend on the Lord to attract people.
I also call this 'apostolic attraction' or 'attraction'
supernatural." People are attracted to the
apostolic ministry by the Spirit of God. Multitudes
they are attracted, not by the work of one person, but by the
the work of the Lord. There is a divine attraction that works to
through an apostolic town.
Apostolic churches have the ability to attract
many people because the apostolic anointing is one
meeting function. This explains the rapid growth of
these churches. People are attracted by the message and
the testimony of the churches. This power of attraction
resides in the apostolic anointing. "A multitude gathered from
the neighboring cities to Jerusalem, bringing sick people and
tormented by unclean spirits, and all were
healed" (Acts 5:16).
Apostolic examples
And Stephen, full of faith and power, did great wonders and
signs among the people (Acts 6:8).
And the crowds listened unanimously to the things that
Felipe said, hearing and seeing the signals he was making.
Acts 8:6
Esteban and Felipe are mentioned among the six who
they were chosen by the church in Jerusalem to be at
cargo of the daily administration (see Acts 6:5). No
they were called apostles, but obviously they were
ministering in an apostolic dimension. Later, to

apostolic. They were present in the church of Jerusalem;
both had the gift of performing miracles. But beyond
their gifts had also received a dimension
apostolic. This is an example of how believers
affected by the apostolic anointing.
Felipe was able to leave Jerusalem, minister in Samaria and
see great advancements in the city. There he was able to transfer the
veil of darkness because he walked and ministered with the
apostolic dimension. Apostolic churches have the
ability to raise, train, and release ministers
strong. Apostolic churches produce people

sender. They sent Pedro and Juan to Samaria when they
they found out that the Samaritan people had received the
Word of God. The apostolic churches will send
ministers where there are needs. Although the
Samaritans had believed and had been baptized,
they needed the apostles to come and lay hands on them
the hands to be filled with the Holy Spirit. The churches
senders have the ability to help believers
to receive and walk in a greater dimension of the Spirit
Saint.
Antioch: a sending church
And the hand of the Lord was with them, and a great number
he believed and turned back to the Lord. Then news came of
these things to the ears of the church in Jerusalem, and they sent to
Barnabas to go to Antioch (Acts 11:
21,22).
The church of Jerusalem sent Barnabas to Antioch
when they found out the number of people that
they were receiving the Lord. The church of Antioch was
founded by a group of believers who dispersed
during the persecution in Jerusalem. These believers,
like Esteban and Felipe, they left a community
apostolic. The church of Antioch had a dimension
apostolic, a dimension strengthened by the arrival of
Barnabas of Jerusalem.
Antioch became a center of teaching
after Barnabas brought Paul to gather
the believers there for a whole year (see Acts
11:26). The church of Antioch was a church full of
grace (see Acts 11:23). This church also
became a place where prophets ministered and
teachers (see Acts 13: 1). While they were ministering to
Lord and they were fasting, the Holy Spirit instructed them that
they will separate Bernabé from Saul for the ministry of
apostolate.
Then, having fasted and prayed, and after
they laid hands on them, they dismissed them (Acts 13:
3).
The Church of Antioch became a church
sender. Bernabé and Pablo were sent as
apostles (sent ones) from Antioch. From Antioch, we
he launched one of the greatest apostolic ministries of all
the times. As a result of the sending of Barnabas and
Saul — later, Silas and Paul — stood hundreds
of churches all over the known world. Antioch
became a spiritual center for apostles, prophets
and teachers. Present there was a favorable atmosphere for
that the Spirit of God will separate and release ministries in
the earth.

Apostolic churches will have an apostolic spirit.

Remember, the Holy Spirit is an apostolic Spirit. It is
sent by the Father and sends

ministries. Antioch is an example of a church that

Then, sent by the Holy Spirit, they descended
from Seleucia, and from there they sailed to Cyprus (Acts 13:4).
Barnabas and Saul were sent by the church of
Antioch and through the Holy Spirit. Note that the Spirit
Saint works together with the Church sending
ministries. The envoys succeed because they have the
support of the Church and the Lord. The apostolic spirit
work through the apostolic church to liberate
powerful ministries on earth.
The Macedonian churches: apostolic distribution
Furthermore, brothers, we let you know the grace of
God entrusted to the churches of Macedonia: that in a
great trial of affliction, the abundance of his joy and his
profound poverty abounded in the riches of her
generosity (2 Cor. 8:1, 2).
Paul praised the churches of Macedonia for their
generosity despite his poverty. Paul attributed this to
the grace. Remember, the great grace is a manifestation
from the apostolic anointing. Grace is the divine influence
about the heart that often manifests in giving.
Pablo called this giving a "liberal sharing" or
distribution (see 2 Cor. 9:13). The apostles in the church of
Jerusalem distributed or shared with the saints
in need (see Acts 4: 32-37). I refer to this as
apostolic distribution. There was no shortage in this church
due to this distribution.
The apostolic churches serve as centers of
distribution. The apostolic anointing contains within itself a
grace for finances. We see this manifested when
the saints laid money at the feet of the apostles (see
Acts 4:37). The apostolic churches can release
large amounts of money in the places where there are
greater need.
Pablo was receiving an offering for the saints in
Jerusalem of the churches of Philippi, Thessalonica, and Corinth.
He encouraged these Gentile churches to give to their
Jewish brothers and sisters who lacked them due to
to the famine in Judea. This offering was important
why would it make the Jewish church see that the gentiles
they professed adherence to the gospel of Christ.
Missions must be a high priority in the
apostolic churches because this is part of the mandate
apostolic (see Acts 13:47). We are called to help
to the existing churches in other nations and to help
plant other new ones. Apostolic churches have the
great responsibility to use and distribute appropriately
the

wealth that attracts this anointing. To whom much is given, much is

Apostolic authority

I agree with Price that authority is a
of the distinctive marks of an apostle and a church

through preaching, teaching, prophecy and the

A faithful ambassador brings health (Prov. 13:17, italics added).
The faithful apostles bring healing and deliverance with their
message. They will speak with power and authority due to
who they represent, but must be faithful to the message that
they have been entrusted. They are sent by the Lord, not by
the man. This can lead them to fall into disgrace with
some, but they must be faithful to Him who sent them.
Vision of Zechariah
Then I lifted my eyes and looked, and there were four horns. And

Signs of witchcraft
One of the signs that witchcraft is at work and
infiltrating a church is the incapacity of the people
to obey the truth. Disobedience and rebellion

always present wherever there is witchcraft. The

people can start by obeying the truth and then
abandon her. Pablo said that the Galatians had been
bewitched (see Galatians 3:1). In other words, there was a
spiritual power that made them turn away from the truth.
They had fallen under the spell of false teachers and
they were straying from the truth that Paul had
predicate.
The false doctrine and the false teachers lead to a
witchcraft spirit. There is no other explanation of why
people fall under the control of false teachings
which are contrary to the Scriptures. The apostolic anointing
keeps us free from the fascination of false ones
teachings. It exposes the doctrines of demons and
keeps the Church walking in the truth.
Some believe that witchcraft is not a threat to
a church filled with the Spirit, but this is exactly the
atmosphere that the enemy is targeting. Simón was
fascinated by the move of God in Samaria. Wherever
that there is a movement of the Spirit, the enemy

People do not know when they have been enchanted. It usually is
a slow and subtle process, not something that is obvious for
those who are being enchanted. Most of the
churches that have been under this type of influence do not
they recognize when it occurred.
Are you so foolish? Having begun by the Spirit,
Are you now perfected by the flesh? (Galatians 3:3).
This is another way to detect the functioning of the
witchcraft. There are many believers and churches that are beginning
with a powerful move of the Spirit of God, only to
to end years later completely in the flesh. The
witchcraft tries to keep people from trusting and following
to the Holy Spirit so that they depend on the flesh. In the

Dealing with witchcraft

This is one of the reasons why we need a
apostolic function present within the Church. This
function deals with witchcraft. It helps the Church to continue
walking and depending on the Holy Spirit. The anointing
apostolic prevents the enemy from stopping the flow of
Spirit.

of the apostolic ministry.
With the restoration of the apostolic ministry, we will see
return to the Church the same manifestations about the

example in the book of Acts where the apostles
they used witchcraft.
The Greek word for witchcraft is espitón. A python is
a great constrictor. The constrictors kill their prey
expressing them slowly until leaving them breathless. There is
believers, churches, and entire regions that are bound by
python spirits, lifeless as a result of witchcraft, the
witchcraft and divination. The breath represents the
spirit. The Greek word for breath and spirit is
pneuma. The python spirits try to squeeze the life out of
the Church stopping the flow of the Holy Spirit.
There is no free flow of the Holy Spirit where it is allowed.
Let the python spirits operate, therefore, there is no
manifestations of the Holy Spirit. When this happens,
there is no life in the Church, because the Holy Spirit is the
Giver of spiritual life and must have freedom to
move through his town and across it.
The apostolic anointing breaks the power and the claws of the

A model for the apostolic life

God has given us a model for apostolic life and
we find it in the Scriptures. We, like the
Church of the Last Times, we would do well to study
and pay attention to that plan. Here we will see some
figures from the Old Testament that represent the
apostolic dimension and they show us applications
personal to each of our lives as believers.
The writer of Romans tells us: 'The things that are
they wrote before [in the Old Testament], to
"Our teaching was written" (Rom. 15: 4).
Jesus mentions the prophets, apostles, and scribes
as sent ones. It also refers to the
apostles as wise men in Matthew 23:34. Paul
he also referred to himself as a wise builder
(ver 1 Cor. 3:10). Luke's account mentions the
wisdom of God speaking as the Sender of the
apostles (Luke 11:49). In other words, the prophets,
apostles and scribes are sent by wisdom of
God. Rejecting these ministries is rejecting wisdom.
same as God.
The eighth chapter of Proverbs describes the attributes
and benefits of wisdom. These include things
excellent, just things, truth, instruction, prudence
knowledge, discretion, advice, understanding, strength
riches, honor, justice, blessing, life and favor. All
these things are released through the ministry of a
sent.
The sent ones come in the spirit of the sender. If they are
sent by the wisdom of God, they will come in the Spirit
of wisdom. An apostolic people will enter and manifest
a spirit of wisdom, wisdom necessary for
build properly.
The Church must manifest this wisdom to the
principalities and powers in heavenly places (see
Ephesians 3:10). In other words, the Church, through
wisdom must impact the spiritual realm. Those
exposed to the apostolic ministry will receive and will walk
at a higher level of wisdom. The Church cannot be
build without wisdom.
With wisdom a house is built and with the
understanding is established (Prov. 24: 3).
Apostolic and prophetic wisdom is necessary for
to build the Church, the house of the Lord, not only at a level
worldwide but also at a local level. Every local church
he/she needs the apostolic dimension to build
appropriately. The Church must be built according to the
model ordered by God. The plan must be obtained
by the Spirit; it must be received by revelation.
Moses

of the tabernacle and the design of all its furnishings, so it
you shall make (Exodus 25: 8,9).
The Lord instructed Moses to build the
sanctuary according to the model he received. Not
left the construction in the hands of human wisdom
from the sanctuary. The Church cannot be built
adequately with human wisdom and skill; the
the plan must come from heaven. God's plan for His Church

apostolic. He received the Lord's model to build a
sanctuary according to God's specifications. Just as the
the dimensions and details of the sanctuary were given to
Moses by revelation, the apostles bring models to the
Church. They are wise master builders, architects
spiritual. They receive wisdom and grace to know and
implement the model of God for His Church. The
apostolic wisdom is necessary if we want to build
correctly.
Then the Lord spoke to Moses, saying: Look, I have
called by name Bezalel, son of Uri, son of Hur,
from the tribe of Judah. And I have filled him with the Spirit of God, in
wisdom, in understanding, in knowledge and in all

men of skill who were filled with wisdom.
They brought beauty and excellence to the sanctuary. The house of
Mr. must be a place of excellence. Everything in it must
reflect the beauty and excellence of the Lord.
The apostolic dimension releases the necessary wisdom
to build according to the model of God. The result will be
a Church of beauty and excellence, that will reflect the glory
and the wisdom of the Lord.
Nehemiah
Nehemiah is also a type of apostolic ministry.

Nehemiah was sent to build. The apostolic spirit
it is an edifying spirit. Whenever you find the
apostolic dimension, you will find edification or
reconstruction. Despite the opposition, Nehemiah was able to
rebuild the walls of Jerusalem because he was sent;
he had authority from the king to build.
Nehemiah also shows us that where there is
building, there will be war. He ordered his builders that
they had weapons in one hand and construction equipment in the other
the other. Even today, there is no building without war. Satan
will always oppose the building of the Church. The
Apostolic churches are churches of war that can
fight through opposition and build.
And they will rebuild the ancient ruins, they will raise the
previous desolations, and they will repair the cities
ruined, the desolations of many generations (Isa.
61: 4).
This is the result of the ministry of a messenger. Isaiah
prophesied about our Lord: "The Spirit of the Lord
God is upon me, for the Lord has anointed me to
to preach good news to the poor; he has sent me to
to heal the brokenhearted" (Isa. 61: 1). The
function about the sent ones causes it to happen the
reconstruction.

Amos prophesied that the Lord would rebuild the
Tabernacle of David (see Amos 9:11). David raised
this Tabernacle and gave Israel a model of worship.

So he left Asaf and his brothers there, in front

This was the prophetic worship established by David.
In addition, David and the army captains separated
for the service of some of the sons of Asaph, of Heman and
of Jeduthun, who were to prophesy with harps,
string instruments and cymbals... who prophesied
according to the order of the king (1 Chronicles 25: 1,2, italics added).

The Tabernacle of David represents worship
true. This is the worship that is done in spirit and
in truth (see John 4:24). Our worship must have
a prophetic dimension because the Holy Spirit
it is also a prophetic Spirit.
While Israel continued to retreat and worship
idols, the Tabernacle began to fall. Israel abandoned the
true worship of God and adopted idolatry. The
The Tabernacle of David finally ended in ruins,
although Amos prophesied about the day it would be rebuilt.
Temple of Solomon
David left a pattern for future generations, a
worship pattern that would be ruined and restored
by kings like Hezekiah and Josiah. David also left his
son Solomon the model for building the temple. He received
this model by the Spirit:

Then David gave his son Solomon the plans for the
vestibule, their houses, their treasures, their upper rooms,
his inner chambers and the place of atonement; and the
plans [design] of everything I had by the Spirit, of the
atriums of the house of the Lord, of all the chambers
around the treasures of the house of God and of the
treasures of the consecrated things; "All this," said David,
"the Lord made me understand in writing, with His hand"
about me, all the works of these plans [pattern]" (1
Chronicles 28: 11, 12, 19.

The house of God was built according to a model.

When local churches are not built according to the
heavenly model, they will not contain the glory that is released
when they are built correctly. When Solomon
he finished building, the Lord confirmed the building with His
manifest presence (see 2 Chron. 5:14). The churches
apostolic will have the manifest presence of God
because they are built with apostolic wisdom, of
agreement with a celestial model.
Hezekiah
Moreover, King Hezekiah and the leaders ordered the
levitas who will sing praises to the Lord with the words
of David and of the seer Asaph. Then they sang praises
with joy, they bowed their heads and worshiped (2 Chron.
29:30).
Hezekiah was a type of apostolic ministry in the

from Israel, and the apostolic dimension provokes a
reconstruction of this Tabernacle.
The restoration resides in the apostolic dimension.
The things that the Church has lost over a period
over time they are restored. As we discussed earlier,
these are known as "restoration times" (see
Acts 3:21). The apostolic times are times of
restoration and restitution. The Church needs the
apostolic dimension to be able to build the places
ancient, raise the ancient desolations and repair them
devastated cities.
The result of the restoration of the Tabernacle of
David is that the gentiles can seek the Lord (see
Acts 15:16,17). When worship is restored
true to the Church, the nations will be affected and
sinners will be drawn to the Church.
Amos also prophesied that the saints would possess the
remnant of Edom and all the nations. This is a
prophetic word about the possession of the nations with the
kingdom of God. It talks about the advancement of the Kingdom. That is why
the Tabernacle of David must be and is being
reconstructed through the apostolic anointing.

Hezekiah restored the stature of the house of God. Always

These are the words of José. He realized that the
The Lord had sent him to Egypt before his family,

The envoys preserve a posterity, that is to say, all
future generations collectively. So, the
apostolic ministry affects future generations. The
apostolic ministry halts destruction, making
that spiritual life is maintained from one generation to the next
next. God's movement would cease without the sent ones.
José described the salvation of his family as "a
great liberation." The apostolic dimension has in its
interior a liberating anointing. The ability to deliver
the death of the designated is characteristic of
ministry of an envoy. When the Church loses the
apostolic dimension, loses its posterity.
Joseph delivered Israel in times of famine. Without Joseph, Israel
would have died. Instead, they were fed and

José was appointed ruler of Egypt. The dimension
apostolic has within it the capacity to govern.
Joseph was given authority over the riches of Egypt.
He had the necessary wisdom to govern the possessions
of Pharaoh. The apostolic dimension gives to the Church the
wisdom to govern the earth.

José was also given authority to bind the

José was also given the responsibility of teaching
wisdom to the pharaoh's senators. Teaching is another
manifestation of the apostolic dimension. The sent ones
they liberate wisdom in the Church to govern and
to manage. This is a governmental wisdom
necessary in the local church.
The pharaoh's senators needed wisdom to
fulfill their governmental functions. Today, the
apostolic dimension is necessary to teach wisdom
to the leadership of the local church. Apostolic churches are
places where our future leaders receive training
and they are taught wisdom.
THE APOSTOLIC CHURCHES ARE PLACES
WHERE THE FUTURE LEADERS ARE
TRAINED AND TEACH WISDOM.
The governmental gifts, the five ministries in
Ephesians 4:11, they are trained in an apostolic church for the
future ministry.
Joseph went to Egypt before his family. He was sent to

for what he had to go through before reaching his place of

Uzziah
Most Christians are familiar with
certain aspects of the ministry of the twelve apostles under
the compassionate guide of the Son of God. In fact, the Word
of God identify a the apostles how

A parent is defined as a person or thing that

As such, the apostolic ministry is a ministry
pioneer who lays the foundations. An example of this type
the ministry can be found in the life of Uzziah, a
king of the Old Testament.
Let's see the rise and the disappearance of Uzziah. What
what he did and achieved during his reign was extraordinary and

Knocking down walls
The walls represent barriers that prevent the

they separate and divide. We need to tear down the walls of the
tradition, religion, prejudices, and racism.
When walls are built around a city,
are intended to keep the forces away

the cities of the Philistines. He was able to enter and subdue them

Satan and his principalities build walls around

cities are closed and people are walled in.
The apostolic ministry has the capacity to break down
these walls and invade the enemy's fortresses. The
the result is the salvation of multitudes and the foundation of
strong churches of the New Testament.
Uzziah not only tore down, but also built up.

Supernatural assistance

God helped him against the Philistines, against the Arabs who
they lived in Gur Baal and against the Meunites (2 Chron. 26: 7).
The Lord helped Uzziah against his enemies. The help
and supernatural assistance will follow the true ministry
apostolic. The Lord releases His angelic army to
help Your anointed against the enemy, thus giving
apostle the ability to overcome even the greatest
opposition. Nothing is impossible for those who have
supernatural assistance.
No matter how strong or organized the enemy is,
the envoys can defeat him and overcome him with help
supernatural. This was the key to Uzziah's success against
his enemies. Seeking God releases help and assistance
supernatural of the Lord against the enemy.
Attracting wealth
The Ammonites also brought tribute to Uzziah. His fame
it extended to the entrance of Egypt, because it was made
extremely strong (2 Chron. 26: 8, italics added).

peace. Wealth is unleashed when the enemy is defeated
and subdued. There are spoils (goods) that are captured a

Jesus spoke about plundering the house of the strong man
after being bound (see Matthew 12:29). The ministry
apostolic will plunder the enemy's goods and liberate
riches in the Kingdom. As a result of the wealth
increasingly greater of Uzziah, his name spread in the
foreigner and became immensely stronger.
In the midst of war, the apostolic ministry is
It will strengthen. In the midst of opposition, it will become stronger.
The Church in the book of Acts became increasingly more
strong despite the persecution and opposition.
Strengthening the doors
And Uzziah built towers in Jerusalem at the gate of the
corner, at the door of the valley and at the foothill of the
corner of the wall; then he fortified them (2 Chron. 26: 9).
The apostles are gatekeepers who protect the points of
entry to a city. Who controls the gates
he will control the entry and exit of the city. Uzziah
he built towers on the gates in order to place soldiers and
sentinels to watch over and protect the gates of Jerusalem.

Uzziah dug many wells. This is a fortress of
apostolic ministry: the ability to dig wells in
dry places. A well is not dug at random. It is needed

churches established through the apostolic ministry are

Note that Uziah had large flocks;
he also had the ability to maintain these flocks. The

number of people. The large herds will not be

The apostles know how to plow the fallow land

saints to fight. The apostles train the saints
to use the weapons of war, including the Word, the
prayer, fasting, liberation, binding and loosing.
These weapons are not carnal but powerful through
God to demolish strongholds (see 2 Cor. 10: 4). Uzziah made
the preparations for his army. He prepared the weapons for
his soldiers. The apostles must prepare the weapons
for the army of God teaching the people of God to
to use the spiritual weapons that He has provided.

The danger of pride

But when he became strong, his heart was lifted up
until his destruction (2 Chron. 26:16).
This verse reveals an important weapon that will be used by the
enemy to stop a strong apostolic ministry: the
pride. The apostles are susceptible to the spirit of
pride. Any ministry that achieves so much is in
danger of being "exalted". This was the downfall of Uzziah. His
name grew larger as it became stronger, but the
pride was his weakness and his downfall.
The apostles must walk with humility and avoid
falling into the trap of pride. Uzziah became leprous and was
excluded from the house of the Lord. The apostles must
take care of pride and arrogance. Pride precedes
destruction (see Proverbs 16:18). The New English

apostolic dimension, as He has called us to do.

Apostolic spirit: a sending spirit

God is a God who sends

And God said to Moses: "I AM WHO I AM." And He said:
Thus you shall say to the children of Israel: I AM has sent me to you
(Exodus 3:14).
However, he sent prophets to bring them back to the

And the Lord God of their fathers sent them warnings.
through their messengers, getting up early and
sending them, because he had compassion for his people and for
his dwelling (2 Chronicles 36:15).
He sent a man ahead of them, Joseph, who was
sold as a slave (Ps. 105: 17).
He sent to Moses, His servant, and to Aaron, whom He had
chosen (Ps. 105: 26).

Since the day his parents left the land of

Egypt until today, I have sent to all My
servants the prophets, waking up early every day and
sending them (Jer. 7:25).
Behold, I will send you Elijah the prophet before the coming
of the great and terrible day of the Lord (Mal. 4: 5).
There was a man sent by God, whose name was John.

For God did not send His Son into the world to
to condemn the world, unless for the world through
he was saved (John 3:17).
And we have seen and testify that the Father has sent the Son.
as Savior of the world (1 John 4:14).
Jesus, the greatest apostle
To you first, God, having raised your
servant Jesus, sent him to bless you, separating each
one of you of your iniquities (Acts 3:26).
Jesus sent his disciples
Jesus sent these twelve and commanded them (Matthew 10:5).
Here, I send you out as sheep in the midst of wolves

After these things, the Lord also appointed to

another seventy, and he sent them two by two ahead of him to
every city and place where he himself was about to go (Luke
10: 1).
Then Jesus said to them again, 'Peace be unto you!'
As the Father has sent me, I also send you.

The Holy Spirit is sent
But the Comforter, the Holy Spirit, whom the Father
he will send in my name, he will teach you all things and
He will remind you of all the things I said to you (John 14:26).
And because you are sons, God has sent the Spirit of
His Son to their hearts, crying: "Abba, Father!"

The Holy Spirit sends
Then, sent by the Holy Spirit, they descended.
to Seleucia, and from there they sailed to Cyprus (Acts 13: 4).
The Church sends
When the apostles who were in Jerusalem heard
that Samaria had received the word of God, they
they sent Peter and John (Acts 8:14).
So the news of these things reached the ears of the
church in Jerusalem, and they sent Barnabas to go
to Antioch (Acts 11:22).
Then it pleased the apostles and the elders, with
the whole church, send chosen men of their own
company to Antioch with Paul and Barnabas, namely,
Judas, who was also called Barsabbas, and Silas, leaders
among the brothers (Acts 15:22).
Paul the apostle sends
But I trust that the Lord Jesus will send Timothy to you
briefly, so that I can also be encouraged
when I know your state (Phil. 2:19).
However, I deemed it necessary to send you to
Epaphroditus, my brother, fellow worker and
war companion, but your messenger and the one who attended
my need (Phil. 2:25).
I sent Timothy, our brother and minister of
God, and our collaborator in the gospel of Christ, for
to establish and encourage you regarding your faith (1 Thess. 3: 2).
False apostles and prophets: those who are not sent
And the Lord said to me: "The prophets prophesy lies in
my name. I did not send them, nor did I command them, nor did I speak to them" (Jer.
14:14).
I did not send these prophets, but they ran away. I have not
