Symptom
When you try to display or change customer/vendor master data, the below dump will arise

Reproducing the Issue
Running transactions FD02/FD03 or FK02/FK03 or XD02/XD03 or XK02, XK03 or MK02/MK03, the dump will be thrown.
Cause
Vendors/Customers point to addresses without a where-used list or to addresses that do not exist.
The default implementation of BADI "CVI_CALL_BTE" is inactive in your system (SE18).
Resolution
1. Please run the program ZRSADRADRV from SAP Note 186910, then check if the dump remains.
2. Activate the default implementation CVI_CALL_BTE_IMPL by SE19 and re-check the scenario. If this default
implementation is inactive, addresses were not created in the ADRC table for the vendors. Hence the old vendors have
LFA1-ADRNR as space.
3. For the old vendors/customers it is necessary to have a look to the old SAP Note 307580 which contains a correction
program. Create the following correction report for this (Z_UPD_CUSTOMER for customers). This report will update
the country and language for your vendor. Then, you will be able to run Vendor transaction to maintain the address data
manually.

Remark:
A possible cause of the inactive BAdI implementation can be that the SUM (Software Upgrade Manager) version was 1.0 SP8
Patch level 2 during the upgrade. Using this version causes that all the active BAdI implementations remain inactive after the
upgrade. The error was corrected in patch level 3.
