To Our Valued Customers:
We appreciate your use of QTS and LFRA texture analyzers. The purpose of this notice is to inform you that
the QTS and LFRA texture analyzers will no longer be repaired or serviced after June 21, 2022.

Notice of end of product service and life (EOL) informing customers that all repair AND calibration services
for QTS and LFRA texture analyzers will no longer be offered after June 21, 2022.

Customer Impact:
Due to the age of this product and the limited availability of components, AMETEK Brookfield will
discontinue all product support, including factory calibrations, as of June 21, 2022.
AMETEK Brookfield offers products that perform similar functions as the QTS and LFRA texture analyzers,
including the CTX texture analyzer, that can be used in most instances. Please visit the AMETEK Brookfield
page at www.brookfieldengineering.com for more information on our current line of texture analyzers or
contact AMETEK Brookfield for recommendations on alternate products.
