[1] Getting Private URL
The Tab Team will send you an email with your
private URL in it.
Your Private URL should look like the one
highlighted in the screenshot.

If you haven't received the email yet, please
notify the tab team. Non-receipt may be due to:
i) Incorrect information entered in the
tabulation form.
ii) Technical issues preventing delivery.

Check-in(s) happen every morning and after lunch.
Teams and judges that are not checked in before the
announced time risk being dropped.
Click on the 'Check-In' button inside your Private URL,
marked Red in the screenshot.

You will see this interface when you have checked
in.

Ballot submissions must be done before OA
begins. You risk delaying the tournament
otherwise.
Inside your Private URL, you'll find the 'Submit
Ballot' option highlighted in Red in the
screenshot.
To submit your ballot, click the button and a
new interface will appear.

In the ballot submission page, simply select the
speakers and enter their scores accordingly. The
software will handle the calculations and display
the rankings.
Double-check the speaker scores, then click the
'Submit Ballot' button to complete the
submission.

For iron-person debates, choose 'A speaker spoke twice' (indicating an 'iron-person' speech) from
the dropdown menu.
Then, mark the lowest speaker score of the iron-person as a duplicate speech."

Inside your Private URL, you'll find the 'Submit
Feedback' option highlighted in Red in the
screenshot.
To submit your feedback, click the button and a
new interface will appear.

In the feedback submission page, choose the
adjudicator and input the marks in the Overall score
section.
Next, indicate your agreement or disagreement with
the judge's decision by selecting Yes or No.
Finally, provide comments on the oral adjudication
(OA) the adjudicator gave you.
Double-check the data and click the 'Submit
Feedback' button to submit the feedback.
