had been to your Red Olive restaurant with my friends, and we had experience
some unwanted things. The service staffs seemed to be tired or something that
they did not greet us, and I thought that they did not want more customers to
come in. After we made an order of some dishes, I noticed that the menu had an
interesting combo, so I immediately called that staff to change to that one. It
was just 2 minutes since we ordered the first one, but he said that the kitchen
had already made them and we could not cancel. We were a little bit surprised
of how fast your cooks were, but we all agreed to keep those dishes. However, it
had been 15 minutes and we did not see any of our food, so we called him and
asked where were the foods that your kitchen had already cooked in just two
minutes after we ordered, and he said he would check it out. He would not come
back in another 15 minutes; we called other staff to ask about the situation. He
said that some of the foods we had ordered were out of stock, and we needed to
choose other dishes. We were all angry with their attitude and the way they
behaved to their customers, so we asked to see the manager or the owner of the
restaurant. One man showed up and said that the owner was not present at the
moment, and after that all he could say was just sorry. I asked to see the staff
who first took our order, but that man said that his shift was over and he had left
the restaurant. I could not believe a big brand like yours having trouble in
training the staffs, and we all left without waiting any longer. I hope my letter
will acknowledge you about your staffs, so there will not be any customer have
to suffer like us.

I stayed at your hotel on that day. The weather unexpectedly turned bad with
strong wind and heavy rain. The roof of my room was leaking rain water, and
the heater was not working well. I reported the problem to your customer
service at the front desk, but nothing was done at all. Then I asked them to
change my room, but unfortunately there was no available room at that time.
With two days and one nighr in very poor conditions, I soon got sick. Returning
