this section intends to provide the user (the "User") with any information

useful for understanding the ways in which it collects and uses personal
data ("Data Personal"), also in compliance with the provisions of the articles.

13 and 14 of EU Regulation 2016/679 (“G.D.P.R.”) as well as pursuant to


Legislative Decree 196/2003 as amended by Legislative Decree 101/2018 and

Who is the data controller of personal data?


The data controller of personal data is Tuya Milano srl with registered office

in Milan in via Fontana n. 18 and operational headquarters in Milan in Piazza

Bo Boardi n. 7, VAT number 11939980964, and for it its Sole Director and legal

representative pro tempore Mr. Lukas Azzato, domiciled at the registered


office in Milan for the role. The owner processes Personal Data in compliance

with the principles of correctness, lawfulness, transparency, confidentiality

and minimization. In particular, the owner undertakes, also pursuant to art. 5,


first paragraph, letter c), of the G.D.P.R., not to resort to the processing of
