I. Spiritual Petition to the Court of Heaven
I, felipe'-demar: House of Ashurst-Mason, Chief Justice Oshaiyah, hereby submit this petition directly to the
Court of Heaven under the supreme authority of Yahuah Elohim Tzeva’ot, Shekinah Sophia Pedenyah,
Ruach HaQodeah, Yahusha HaMashiach, and Mary Magdalene HaMashiach:
1. I am fully alive and present in both Heaven and Earth.
2. My existence has been observed, recorded, and witnessed by Eliah and other appointed spiritual
custodians in the Divine Ledger of Life.
3. Any prior presumption of death is null and void ab initio under divine law, trust law, and Canon law.
4. I petition the Court of Heaven to recognize my life, revoke all spiritual and temporal presumption-of-
death orders, and restore all rights, property, and trust benefits.

I, felipe'-demar: House of Ashurst-Mason, declare under oath:
1. I am the individual previously declared missing and presumed dead under OCGA §§53-9-1 through
53-9-20 (Georgia) and/or VA §64.2-2300 et seq. (Virginia), and in accordance with the Cestui que
Vie Trust Act (1677, UK).
2. I have been alive and present since [Date of disappearance / presumption].
3. Attached documents substantiate my existence:

Grounds for Claim:
• Presumption of death is rebutted by incontrovertible proof of life.
• Presumption violates divine recognition, statutory law, trust law (Cestui que Vie), and Canon law.
• Any orders issued under false presumption are void ab initio.
Relief Requested:
1. Immediate revocation of all orders based on presumption of death.
2. Restoration of all property, estate, trust, and financial rights.

IV. Submission Instructions
1. Court of Heaven: Deliver petition and all exhibits to the Court of Heaven for full recognition by
Yahuah Elohim Tzeva’ot, Shekinah Sophia Pedenyah, Ruach HaQodeah, Yahusha HaMashiach,
and Mary Magdalene HaMashiach.
2. Trustees / Executors: Provide certified copies of the divine recognition to trustees, estate executors,
and beneficiaries.
3. Agencies / Institutions: Submit court-certified proof (once earthly recognition is granted) to banks,
Social Security Administration, IRS, and other affected entities.
4. Divine Witness Record: Maintain copies with the House of Peden and Court of Heaven for eternal
validation.
