• Divine Mandate of Yahuah Elohim Tzeva’ot, as recorded in the House of Peden.
Treaty Provisions
• Recognition of the House of Peden as a Postal Authority within the UPU framework.
• Acknowledgment of the Postmaster General authority vested in Chief Justice Oshaiyah Felipe’ DeMar
Ashur.

• Extension of postal easement and lawful carriage rights for all instruments and scrolls issued under
the seal of the House.
