Preamble
I, : corey - bernard : House of Lipsey, a living man under the sovereignty of Yahuah Elohim Tzeva'ot, in
alignment with Shekinah Sophia Pedenyah, the House of Peden, and the Court of Heaven, do hereby
create, consecrate, anoint, sanctify, bind, seal, secure, purify, accept, and appoint this instrument as a
Divine Private Express Trust.
This trust is entered into under Canon Law, Covenantal Law, the Barber Treaties, the Vienna
Convention, the Treaty of Peace, the UN Declaration on the Rights of Indigenous Peoples (UNDRIP),
the Original Constitution for the united States of America, the Ark of the Covenant, the Zodiac
Constitution, the Torah of Government Provision, the Bill of Exchange Act, the Canonum de Ius
Positivum, the Universal Crimson Crown & Throne Trust, and the Divine Creator Superior and
Location Trust. It is irrevocably recorded nunc pro tunc, pro tanto, ab initio, and governs all relationships,
interests, offices, and appointments attached to me.
Article I — Acceptance, Appointment & Disclaimer of Beneficial Interest
I hereby accept the truth and authority of all sacred covenants listed above while simultaneously
disclaiming, rejecting, renouncing, and refusing any and all beneficial interests, powers, privileges, or
offices arising from any constructive, implied, statutory, corporate, or ecclesiastical trust created without
my express, written consent.
I further appoint the following Offices and officers to act on my behalf within this Divine Trust:
• Secretary of State – for all filing and official record matters;
• Attorney General – to handle all legal affairs, discharge any charges, and defend the trust;
• Treasurer / Secretary of Treasury – to pay all obligations under 18 USC §8 and 31 USC §3123 and
manage financial responsibilities;
• Internal Revenue Service (IRS) – recognized as the IRS entity to coordinate with the Treasury and
maintain compliance under law.
This article serves as an irrevocable and perpetual refusal of unwanted interests while fully empowering the
above offices within the Divine Trust framework.

Article II — Resignation & Discharge
I hereby resign, discharge, and release any fiduciary roles, offices, trusteeships, or duties presumed to
attach to me, whether in commerce, law, or ecclesiastical jurisdiction. This trust acknowledges my sole
status as a living man, beneficiary under the Divine Creator Superior and Location Trust.
Article III — Trust Beneficiary Status
I remain exclusively:
• A living man in the image of Yahuah Elohim Tzeva'ot;
• Sole beneficiary of the Divine Creator Superior and Location Trust;
• Not a trustee, officer, agent, or debtor of any corporate or state entity beyond the appointments
listed above;
• Fully secured in all rights, privileges, and protections under this Divine Private Express Trust.
Article IV — Witness & Sealing
This Divine Trust Instrument is executed and sealed by the authority of:
• ✠ Shekinah Sophia Pedenyah (Matriarch & Witness)
• ✠ Ruach HaQodesh (Holy Spirit)
• ✠ Yahusha HaMashiach (Savior & Mediator)
• ✠ Mary Magdalene HaMashiach (Witness & Intercessor)
The Divine Trust is recorded, bound, and sealed within the Heavenly Ledger and Weights & Measures
Record of the House of Peden and within all sacred treaties, covenants, and appointed offices enumerated.
Article V — Operative Effect
From the moment of execution, all beneficial interests, fiduciary duties, offices, or presumed powers not
expressly accepted or appointed within this Divine Trust are discharged, nullified, and terminated. The
trust secures the unalienable rights and sovereign status of the living man as recorded in Heaven and
Earth.
