Job Brief:

Bizmetric is looking for Interns for the technology project: AI/ML, Devops, Power Platform,
Python, SQL, Oracle & SAP.

We need enthusiastic person with clear mind set, who is focused towards learning and
want to join Bizmetric for long run and to grow with the organization.

Note:- There will be no stipend during the internship period of 6 months.

Eligibility:

Bachleor/Master’s degree

Marks: 60% through out

Final Placement

We would like to start assigning tasks to the selected applicants for six months as an Intern
and based on performance, Bizmetric will provide them full time job opportunity as
Associate Software Engineer. Interns who clear the final assessment will be absorbed as
“Associate Software Engineer” with a base CTC in the range of 4.5Lac to 5Lac PA* +
Joining Bonus of 30K** + Medical benefit + Free certification. Selected Interns need to
join us as a full-time employee immediately after completion of Internship.

* The CTC offered will depend on the Intern’s performance in the final assessment.

** Joining bonus is paid along with the salary of the 1st month.

 Selection process:

- First screening test (Aptitude Test)

- Group Discussion
- Virtual technical & Managerial round

Terms of employment –

Your appointment as a fulltime will be finalized on the following terms and condition
mutually agreed:

• In reference to company policy for appointment of Interns/freshers for joining Biz-

Metric as full-time employee must sign a bond of 3 Years (Three Years). As Biz-metric will
be incurring the considerable expenditure on your training, you will be required to execute
an agreement, failing which, you (surety) will be liable to compensate Biz- Metric India Pvt
Ltd. (terms mentioned below).

✓ If employee leaves the organization within 18 months from the date of joining as a
full- time employee, then as a penalty of service agreement, employee need to
compensate 70% of CTC.

✓ If employee leaves the organization in 19th month of contract period, as a penalty

employee need to compensate sum of amount 50,000 to the company as a penalty
to service agreement.

✓ Signed acceptance of NDA and service agreement will be required from every
selected student before onboarding.

Locations:

Once onboarded as ‘Associate Software Engineers’ the candidates will be deployed at any
of the Bizmetric office locations in Gurugram/Bangalore/Pune/Mumbai/Madurai.

 Job Position 1: Analytics Engineer

• Develop and maintain data pipelines using SQL, Python, and modern ETL tools

• Transform raw data into clean, tested, and documented datasets

• Collaborate with data analysts, engineers, and business stakeholders to

understand data needs

• Implement best practices in data modeling and warehouse architecture

• Monitor data quality and ensure timely availability of analytics-ready data

Job Position 2: GenAI Engineer

• Develop and fine-tune generative models using architectures like GPT, Stable
Diffusion, or custom transformers

• Build and optimize inference pipelines for real-time or batch generation

• Collaborate with product teams to integrate GenAI into user-facing applications

• Monitor model performance and improve output quality, reliability, and safety

• Stay updated with the latest research in generative AI and apply it to real-world
problems

Job Position 3: Fullstack Engineer

• Develop responsive front-end interfaces using HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and modern
frameworks (e.g., React, Angular, Vue)

• Build and maintain backend services using Node.js, Python, Java, or similar
technologies

• Design and manage databases (SQL/NoSQL) and APIs for seamless data flow

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand requirements and deliver

features

• Ensure code quality through testing, debugging, and documentation
