холодильника компрессору нужен большой стартовый ток, за счет чего в вашем случае появляется просадка напряжения по
общей проводке в квартире/дома. Я бы вообще советовал проверить проводку,розетки и выключатели, счетчик - раз уж на то
пошло. Поскольку при исправной проводке такого быть не должно. В интернете по этому поводу достаточно информации.

Здравствуйте, судя по всему приставка не содержит элементов питания для хранения времени.
В настройках рекомендую поставить автоматическое определение времени. Приставка сама будет получать актуальное время
после включения (при наличии интернет-соединения).
