With this letter and in the presence of witnesses who sign in attendance in the City of Metepec
Mexico, the undersigned Vanessa Diaz Zepeda and Jonathan Diaz Zepeda declare that they are the children of

the CC. Fernando Díaz Díaz (deceased) and Fernanda Silvia Zepeda Bastida, who resign from
all the rights that pertain to them as inheritance in relation to the property or house, that
located at 2nd Priv. De Galeana s/n Bo. de San Miguel, Metepec, Mexico
transferring the rights to Mr. ______________________________________ as
buyer of said property.

I declare on behalf of Ms. Vanessa Díaz Zepeda, in full use of her mental faculties
and identifying himself with his voter ID, as an adult and Mr. Jonathan Díaz
Zepeda, a minor, makes the corresponding renunciation of the inheritance consisting of
a house of 320 square meters, which by mutual agreement with Ms. Fernanda Silvia
Zepeda, Mother of the signatories has decided to sell.
