Offering
I offer you, Pure Virgin, these forty Hail Marys and as many blessings with which
I am going to greet you with the intention of earning the many indulgences that are granted in them.
Make, Lady, that it comes from a contrite and fervent heart, so that my prayer may rise with fragrance.
from softness to the throne of glory that you are exalted.
Accept them in memory of the joy that was yours, when you were chosen Mother of the Word.
Eternal, of the joy with which you saw him born, of the joy with which you embraced him in Your
sovereign arms and the tenderness with which you nourished him with Your sacred milk.
Make me a participant, Oh Sovereign Queen!, of those lively desires with which You waited.
