RE: INVITATION TO THE ZIMBABWE OPEN UNIVERSITY CONVOCATION ROLL
REGISTRATION
The above subject matter refers.
The ZOU Act [Chapter 25;20}, section 21 (]), provides that, 'The Convocation of the University shall
consist of all persons whose names appear on the Convocation Roll maintained by the Registrar".
Furthermore, section 21 (3) states that, "All graduates of the University who signify in writing, addressed
to the Registrar that they desire to be members of the Convocation and who inform the Registrar of their
address shall be entitled to have their names entered on the Convocation Roll".
In view of the above, the Zimbabwe Open University invites you to register as part of the
University Convocation. This momentous initiative celebrates academic achievements,
milestones, and the bond between the institution and its distinguished Alumni. It marks the
initial stage as we move towards hosting a Convocation at a date to be advised.
Therefore, in your submission, please indicate your full name, cellphone number, residential address and
email address.
