DATE: October 6, 2025

CHESTERFIELD, MO — Unite4Freedom recently conducted a prevalence study of Palm Beach County’s 2024
voter records. According to the analysis, 12.1% of voters were unverifiable. The findings are a part of the
national security emergency Unite4Freedom is exposing county by county and state by state through a
variety of studies using official certified election records.

Unite4Freedom’s copywritten process for the Phantom Voter Study measures suspected fraudulent voting
by performing comprehensive identity verification using commercially available fraud-prevention tools on a
random sample of official voter records from the 2024 election. This study tests whether the identify of the
sampled records could be verified using legally required information, such address and social security number.

The sample results were extrapolated to the total population of voter records in the Palm Beach County
2024 election:

Total Votes Voter Does Voter NOT in SSN Does NOT Exist Missing Voter

PERCENTAGE OF VOTERS THAT WERE UNVERIFIABLE: .. . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . 12.1 %

What makes the voters unverifiable?

The study exposed the following: (1) voters that do not exist, (2) voters not in legal compliance,* (3) voter
Social Security numbers that don’t exist or are duplicated, and (4) missing voter records.**

State and county election officials have a legal duty under Federal law to verify every voter’s citizenship and
eligibility before allowing them to register or cast a ballot.

In a county with 4 races decided on razor thin margins in the 2024 election, how can Palm Beach County
Election Officials claim to know who won these races if 12.1% of their voters are unverifiable?
• President/Vice President: Decided by 0.8 of a percentage point,
• US Senate: Decided by 1.7 percentage points,
• Palm Beach County State Attorney: Decided by 0.8 percentage point, and
• Florida House District 89 (entirely within Palm Beach County): Decided by about 2.6 percentage points,

Palm Beach County Supervisor of Elections, Wendy Sartori Link, who administered this election and currently
serves as president of the Florida Supervisor of Elections, in an interview was quoted as referring to Florida as
the “platinum standard” for elections, better than gold.

If the authenticity of 12.1% of your voters can’t be verified, can you really claim your elections are the
“platinum standard”?

Unite4Freedom believes the election process must protect the right of US citizens to choose representatives
through a process that ensures the authenticity of the voters, votes, counts and proof.

* Voter Not In Compliance: Records were found to have deficiencies, including being outside the election window, meaning if they
have any documented affiliation with the address provided, it does not match the timing of the election, or the address is
unverifiable meaning either the address itself is not valid (meaning there is no such place—no building with the address in
question) or there is no record of the person in question ever being associated with the address—in any government database.

**Missing Voter Records: The difference between the certified total ballots cast in the county according to Florida DOE (PAL) Official
Results of 2024 GE analyzed versus the number of votes appearing in the Florida (PAL) Dec-2024 raw data, Official Federal
document.

2024 Phantom Voter Report
This study measures suspected fraudulent registration and voting in the Palm Beach County 2024 election.
The study was conducted using the Unite4Freedom copywritten process for performing comprehensive
identity verification using commercially available fraud-prevention tools.

A sample of 608 voter records from a population of 753,351 voters in the 2024 election was generated
based on a 90% confidence interval, a precision of 0.02 and a predicted prevalence of P = 0.1.

When extrapolating the sample results to the population of vote records in the Palm Beach County 2024
election, the following was found:

Credentialed programmers and cybersecurity and election experts conducted the analysis using official
state and county records received from their custodians. A private investigative firm assisted, producing
law enforcement compliant evidence of suspected illegal voting and election misconduct.
