1. Introduction
Saih Al Duba SPC is committed to maintaining the highest standards of Health, Safety,
and Environment (HSE) in all aspects of the Shared Facility Management project. Our
HSE plan ensures a safe working environment for all personnel and stakeholders while
adhering to ARA Petroleum's HSE policies and PDO Life-Saving Rules.
2. Objectives
The primary objectives of this HSE Plan are:
To ensure the safety and well-being of all employees, clients, and visitors at the
project site.
To minimize risks associated with facility management activities.
To comply with all applicable HSE regulations and standards.
To maintain a clean and environmentally sustainable workspace.
3. Compliance with PDO Life-Saving Rules
Saih Al Duba SPC ensures strict compliance with PDO's mandatory Life-Saving Rules.
All personnel will:
Receive comprehensive training on these rules before mobilization.
Follow the rules during all activities at the ARA Building site.
Non-compliance Consequences:
Personnel violating HSE rules will face immediate disciplinary action, including
removal from the site.
Repeated violations may result in disqualification from future projects.
4. HSE Training and Awareness
To maintain a strong safety culture, Saih Al Duba SPC will:

5. Risk Assessment and Control

Equipment handling (e.g., electrical equipment like vacuum cleaners).
Waste management (e.g., segregation and disposal of various waste types).
Control Measures:
Use of personal protective equipment (PPE) such as gloves, masks, and safety shoes.
Clear signage and barricading of wet or hazardous areas.
Proper labeling and safe storage of cleaning chemicals.
6. Environmental Protection
Saih Al Duba SPC will ensure all activities are environmentally friendly by:
Proper segregation and disposal of waste (plastic, paper, food waste, etc.).
Using eco-friendly cleaning products and methods wherever possible.
Regular maintenance of cleaning equipment to reduce energy consumption and
emissions.
7. Monitoring and Reporting
Saih Al Duba SPC supervisors will:
Conduct daily HSE inspections of all work areas.
Maintain an HSE logbook to document incidents, near-misses, and corrective actions.
Submit monthly HSE performance reports to ARA Petroleum for review.
8. Emergency Response Plan
An emergency response plan will be in place to address situations such as:
Fires: Fire extinguishers and emergency exits will be easily accessible.
Chemical Spills: Containment measures will be implemented immediately.
Medical Emergencies: On-site first aid kits will be available, and personnel trained in
first aid will assist.
Emergency contact details will be prominently displayed at the site.
9. Continuous Improvement
Saih Al Duba SPC is committed to continuously improving HSE practices by:
Reviewing incident reports and implementing corrective actions.
Regularly updating policies to comply with the latest HSE standards.
