Please note - The above-mentioned sensitivity is without product effect. To define the optimum
sensitivity for your specific product we provide a test in our laboratory at no cost. The stated
detection sensitivity (ball Ø in mm) applies for nonconductive products at the standard operation
frequency and refers to the center of the detection aperture (most disadvantageous position).
Products that show intrinsic conductivity due to moisture content, electrolytes or other conductive
contents may reduce the sensitivity as well as variations of product temperature, environmental
effects (mechanical shocks and vibrations, electromagnetic pollution) or the set product angle.
The detectable size of metal particles depends on their nature, shape and position while passing
the metal detector.

Part of delivery: An instruction and service manual in German or English is

part of our standard delivery program. Additional manuals or
in other languages are available on request against payment.

Additional Terms:

a) All orders must be completed in full with all necessary technical details and/or information regarding
the manufacture of the goods set out in the present offer

b) Any delay in the receipt of the down payment (advance) and the delay in receipt of full technical data
completion of the order may lead to delivery delays of the goods set out in the present offer. Should the
trial test be required before delivery of the machines, any delay in receiving the product samples from
the customer may lead to delivery delays of the machines.

c) Delivery time is intended the date when Sesotec notifies the customer that the goods are ready for
the final inspection or delivery, should that be the case, or the date when the goods are ready to be
delivered to the forwarding agent. Delivery time is quoted according to the amount of work to be done
that is current at the date of the present offer; therefore, Sesotec reserves the right to change the
delivery time according to the amount of work to be done that is current at the date of the receipt of the
order from the customer.
d) The quantity of compressed air necessary for the machine functioning shall be provided by the
customer according to the hourly capacity and the quantity of reject; in addition, the air shall be fully dry
and free of oil. We advise the installation of air dryer and shall be at the customer’s charge.

e) The (GND) ground of the Sesotec machine must be made isolated from others ground network
installed in the factory.

f) We recommend to install an automatic voltage regulator, input (140-260V ) output ( 230 V).
Frequency 50 Hz.

g) The compressed air must be filtered Quality Classes ISO 8573.1 Class 5.4.4 Max particle size 10
Mg/cube Moisture Dew point:3 degrees Cent-38 F. Oil filtration: 5 mg/mq-, if the compressed air was not
corresponding at the rules listed above, the 12-month warranty on the electromagnetic valves will
automatically terminate.

h) Sesotec India or Sesotec Germany will not be responsible for delays of delivery or failure of
production due to force majeure. In case of delay, the date of delivery will be extended for a period
corresponding to the lost time.
