Appeal for Reinstatement of Temporarily Suspended TikTok Shop Account

Dear TikTok Shop Team,

My name is Joyce Elise Ellis, the owner of ChicChok, operating under the TikTok
account @chicchok_kk. I am writing to appeal the temporary suspension of my TikTok
Shop account, which occurred on December 30, 2024. I respectfully request a
reconsideration of this suspension and humbly seek reinstatement of my account.
I understand that the suspension was due to activity in my creator account allegedly
violating the TikTok Shop (US) Creator Terms of Service. As a dedicated seller in the
jewelry category, I value TikTok Shop’s guidelines and policies and have always strived
to operate within the prescribed framework.
Upon reflection, I believe the suspension might be connected to certain creator account
activities that inadvertently breached the TikTok Shop policy. I deeply regret any
unintentional actions that may have contributed to this situation. I acknowledge the
importance of adhering to TikTok’s standards to maintain a trustworthy and secure
marketplace for both buyers and sellers.
If given the opportunity to regain access to my account, I am committed to ensuring full
compliance with TikTok Shop’s rules and policies moving forward. I will diligently
review all applicable guidelines, implement stricter controls on my account activities, and
seek additional training or support if necessary to prevent future violations.
TikTok Shop has been an invaluable platform for showcasing my jewelry and connecting
with customers who appreciate unique and quality designs. The suspension has
significantly impacted my ability to engage with my audience and fulfill my business
goals. I am eager to rebuild trust with the TikTok community and contribute positively to
the platform.
