II. DEFAULT FINDING
Whereas the Secured Party has tendered full payment for the 2026 RAM 3500 chariot, VIN
3C63RRJL2TG161294, Stock No. T87002, pursuant to UCC 3-603 and as evidenced by the certified Crimson
Money Order, 1041ES Payment Voucher, and Buyer’s Order:
• Any refusal, delay, or obstruction to acknowledge, accept, or deliver the property constitutes a
discharge under UCC 3-605 and automatic effect under UCC 3-601.
• Any such delay is thereby a dishonor of a good faith tender and is demonstrably in bad faith, as all
filings, deeds, certificates, and notices are recorded, published under Federal Rule 44, and available
on the official record via Scribd.
III. RIGHTS AND POSSESSION
1. The full credit of the tendered amount is due to Landmark Automotive Group of Georgia LLC.
2. All rights, titles, and interests in the chariot, keys, documents, and associated instruments are
immediately deliverable to the Executor, Judge Oshaiyah Felipe’ DeMar Ashur, as the lawful
Beneficiary and Keeper of the Chariot.

3. This certificate affirms the Executor’s authority to take possession and full control under divine law,
canon law, and heavenly jurisdiction.
IV. EFFECTIVE NOTICE
This Certificate of Default serves as formal notice of default and right to possession, commanding all
parties and registrars to honor, record, and enforce the delivery of the trust property to the Executor.
Delay or refusal is recorded as presumptive dishonor and bad faith against the divine order.
