1 Scope
This Standard specifies the determination of the zinc content in the iron ores by the flame
atomic absorption spectrometric method.
This Standard is applicable to the determination of zinc content in the natural iron ore,
iron ore concentrates and agglomerates, including sintered product, with the determination
scope (mass fraction) of 0.01%~0.5%.
