Project: Travelers Insurance – Compliance Financial Operational report testing
Working on Insurance Financial Operational data reports testing. It involves ETL by Abinitio and databases
Oracle and SQL server. Reports are developed in Infogix and Qlikview. This project has a 3-tier architecture
with three major components in upstream which are Policy center, Billing center and Claim center with
continuous inflow of data into respective Operational data sources in downstream which is done through
Message Queues.
Roles & Responsibilities:
Working on Insurance Financial Operational data reports testing of various data sources.
Feed files like Account Payable and General Ledger are generated through scheduled Autosys jobs
from these operational data sources, which are regularly validated against the database, Qlikview
reports and corresponding balance and reconciliation (B&R) reports from Infogix.
Monthly Early Cut Off (ECO) and Closure Month End (CME) along with Daily GL verifications are the
other major validation check points for these reports.
Working on high priority PRB defect fixes and providing QA signoffs.

Project: One shield underwriter admin Policy Center system & Guide wire claim center application.
One shield underwriter Policy center admin system is a web-based application underwriters and Brokers to
submit new applications for Home, Auto and Pleasure Craft Insurance. This project involves in developing an
interactive application with an ability to get quotes, handle broker information, payments, bind an account,
print new quote details and renew policies using the different interfaces/database technology. This
application is integrated with Guidewire Claims Center application.
Roles & Responsibilities:
Responsible for gathering Business and Functional Requirements for Broker Quote Online and
Guidewire Portal projects.
Identified gaps in documentation and reported them to project manager.
Involved in the creation of test plans, detailed test scenarios for all line of businesses and execute

Mainframes (Blue Zone: TE3270) - Argus is the leading independent provider of quality healthcare
information management services to PBM customers. The Claim Processing system is one of the
services provided by ARGUS.
Re-Engineering Project - This Project is intended to be used within Re-Engineered applications as a
means to reduce and eliminate the need for coded logic within the core Claims Processing system.
IPNS GUI (Integrated Pharmacy Network System Graphical User Interface) - This is windows based
graphical user interface used by most of the Argus Customers, which has a total of 40 modules. Each
module is called as GUI component which is used to manage the information specific to a plan.
Automation - Argus Automation Project deals with Automation of Part D Claims which involves Claim

NTS (New Ticketing Solution) is a major Software integration delivery project driven by service-oriented
architecture (SOA) & business process modeling whilst abiding by the agile development principles.
The new smart card-based ticketing solution for Victoria — myki — is a fully integrated system based on zonal
ticketing rules offering fair fares and concessions options. The smartcard-based scheme will provide a
ticketing solution that supports a wide transport network (tram, train, bus) to meet the Government Policy
requirements for the state of Victoria. It is a multinational and multidisciplinary project involving highly
experienced people across teams located in Melbourne, Hyderabad, Switzerland, Germany, Taipei and South
Africa.
Scope of the project is to build, manage and operate the entire ticketing solution. A key component of the
NTS project will be the establishment of a world’s best practice operating company in a high quality, timely
and efficient manner.
