Step 1. Click on Mapping
of electors with previous
SIR, icon.
Step 2. Click on search bar
and Enter EPIC No.

Step 3. Click on
verify/Unmap Elector
Step 4. Verify the details of
Electors with respect to
2005 Voter list

Step 5. Verify the details of


Electors with respect to
2025 Voter list

Step 6. Click on the verify


icon.

If found wrong, click


Unmap and Map again.

Step 7. Click “Add Progeny”
for maping of C & D

Step 7. Enter EPIC no. of
C&D Category with
legacy, in search bar.

Step 8. After entering


EPIC No. Click “Submit”.
Step 9. Check the details
of C&D Category with
legacy.
Step 10. After checking
the details of C&D
Category with legacy.
Select the relation from
the Drop Down.

Step 11. Click on the Add


icon.

Go to “Add Progeny” again for adding
multiple progenies, if there is more
than one child.
If anybody found unmapped as A
category, he/she can be mapped again.
Click “Map Elector”
Select AC, Part No. from
drop down with respect to
2005 Voter list

Enter Part Sl. No. in


“Search Details” with
respect to 2005 Voter list
Points to Remember
Only to verify the person with option for
verify/Unmap Elector.
Do not add category A person in someone’s
progeny, only verify him/her.
Do not edit for Category C/NF and D/NF.

Ensure that the name of person is same in


both 2005 ER and 2025 ER.
