NOTIFICATION BY THE HIGH COURT OF JUDICATURE AT BOMBAY
(for insertion in the Maharashtra Government Gazette,
Part – IV -C, Central Section)
It is hereby notified for the information of the Advocates and the
parties appearing in-person that the Hon’ble the Chief Justice has been pleased
to nominate the following Hon’ble Judges to hear urgent Judicial matters during
the ensuing Diwali Vacation 2025 commencing from Monday, the 20th October
2025 to Saturday, the 1st November 2025 (both days inclusive with prefix
holidays i.e. Saturday, the 18th October 2025 and Sunday, the 19th October 2025
and suffix holiday i.e. Sunday, the 2nd November 2025) for the Principal Seat at
Bombay and its Benches at Nagpur, Aurangabad, High Court of Bombay at Goa
(Panaji) and Circuit Bench at Kolhapur.
