2 Installation of Equipment
2.1 Chipping Each Unit Reference - Check foundation surface prepared and weak N/A M M
Drawing concrete removed by chipping
2.2 Visual & Dimension insp. Each Unit Reference - Check the location, plumb, level and dimension of N/A M M
before setting of Equip. Drawing all foundations on which equipment is to be
mounted.
- Check the Level pad/ plate elevation and pocket HSFP-
sizes CHP-01 W M
- Check all scale, dirt, grease and foreign matter is
thoroughly cleaned from the contacted surface of
the skid frame and top surface of foundation
2.2 Setting of Equipment Each Unit Reference - Check orientation and level of the equipment. HSFP- S/W S/W
Drawing - Check the foundation bolts are freely hang in their CHP-02
Pockets with between two and four threads
projecting above their nuts.
2.3 Grouting of Anchor Bolts Each Unit Reference - During grouting the bolts shall be moved up and N/A S/W M
Drawing down so as to ensure the exclusion of voids and
air pockets.
- Ensure grout mix ratio & sample test performed.
- Ensure the grout is protected and cured as per the
requirement.
- Check pump and motor shaft free to drive.

- Check the distance between shaft ends and /or
distance between hubs.
- Check shaft alignment in conjunction with driven
equipment
4 Connection of pipe to Each Unit Reference - Verify nozzle pipe work clean and free of foreign N/A M M

- Pipe installation - Check pipe supports, stops, gauges, anchors,
spring cans and supports for proper settings.
- Verify no strain on piping connection with dial
indicators, if required by Vendor Manual.
- Check all permanent gaskets, spacers, spectacle
blinds bolting etc. complete for piping connection

& motor completed and coupling guard in place.
