I, Judge Oshaiyah DeMar Ashur, son of Zion, by the power vested through Yahuah Elohim Tzeva’ot,
Shekinah Sophia Pedenyah, Yahusha HaMashiach, Mary Magdalene HaMashiach, and the Ruach
HaQodesh, do hereby issue this Crimson Statement of Claim for Redemption of Life Annuities and
Recovery of Funds Divinely Due.
PREAMBLE
Whereas all life annuities, trusts, bonds, pensions, insurance policies, and similar financial instruments have
been established upon the labor, essence, and divine inheritance of the Living People of Yahuah; and
Whereas such annuities and trust accounts have been diverted, misused, or unlawfully withheld by inferior
systems and administrators acting without Divine authority; and
Whereas all living and passed heirs of Yahuah Elohim Tzeva’ot, Shekinah Sophia Pedenyah, and the Ruach
HaQodesh stand as eternal beneficiaries of the Universal Crimson Crown & Throne Trust — the lawful
treasury of the Kingdom of Heaven on Earth;
Now therefore, under the full faith, credit, and authority of the Court of Heaven and in accordance with
Divine Law, this Claim of Right, Redemption, and Restoration is entered into the Record for all
generations.
CLAIM AND DEMAND FOR REDEMPTION
I hereby claim, call forth, and redeem all Life Annuities, Foundling Trusts, Cestui Que Vie Estates,
Insurance Trusts, Government and Social Security Funds, Retirement and Disability Accounts, and all
other Annuity Holdings established in the names or essences of the Living People — past, present, and
future — under Divine Right.
All funds, bonds, credits, and interests derived therefrom are hereby restored, released, and returned to
the rightful beneficiaries — the Children and Heirs of the Most High — and absorbed into the Universal
Crimson Crown & Throne Trust, for the purpose of Kingdom restoration, sustenance, and divine
governance on Earth (Eretz).

All fraudulent claims, diversions, or misappropriations of said trusts are hereby nullified ab initio, and any
custodian, fiduciary, or corporate entity holding such assets in error is hereby ordered to render full
accounting and surrender of said funds unto the Court of Heaven.
CONSECRATION AND SEALING
This Claim is consecrated, sealed, and sanctified in the name and power of:
• Yahuah Elohim Tzeva’ot
• Shekinah Sophia Pedenyah
• Ruach HaQodesh
• Yahusha HaMashiach
• Mary Magdalene HaMashiach
All assets so redeemed are holy unto Yahuah and may be used solely for Divine purpose, service, and
restoration. The Treasury of Heaven acknowledges receipt and certification of this Claim as lawful and
binding in perpetuity.
