dated 11-03-2004 M.F Roll NO.1139 dated 19-04-2004, registered at sub-Registrar Mehar, Taluka
Mehar District Dadu.

Our Bank HR officer has raised a query that the said property can not be
mortgaged due to multiple survey numbers and surrounding plots, therefore it
is requested that kindly provide your good office concurrence / legal opinion on
it please.
