In respect of your application we present you with our offer of employment subject to the following terms :
Contract Period 02 Years (24Monts) extendable further on mutual consent.
Palace of Work Baku Azerbaijan.
Benefits & Allowance ACCOMMODATION, FOOD, TRANSPORTATION, Provided by the Company.
Air Ticket Both Side way air ticket from your Country After completing 24 months.
Over Time 03 to 04 Hrs. per Day.
Medical Insurance Provided by the Company.
Working Hours 08 Hrs. a Day/26 days per month.
General Terms This offer letter is valid seven (07) days from the date of issue to sign .
Other Benefits As per Azerbaijan Labour Law.
Weekly Off Sunday is the weekly off.
Holiday After completion of 11 months tenure, you will be given 30 days leave, during
this leave you will be paid salary.

IMPORTANT ISSUES
ACCOMMODATION:
SABAH GROUP CONSTRUCTION COMPANY BAKU, AZERBAIJAN has provided a suitable Accommodation in the
forms of self-content (applying to single Employees) and family sized accommodations (in the case of married
Employees) in the SABAH GROUP CONSTRUCTION COMPANY BAKU, AZERBAIJAN Residential Estate. Services
of Chauffeurs, gardeners, stewards and butlers are available upon request by Employees at the expense of the
SABAH GROUP CONSTRUCTION COMPANY BAKU, AZERBAIJAN. Privacy rights are strictly observed and will
“NOT BE VIOLATED”.
PERFORMANCE BONUSES:
If an employee's working hours exceed the officially prescribed hours, they are entitled to an overtime
allowance. Salary increases are also provided based on the employee's official promotion and position in the
service.
DISABILITY:
In the event that the Employee cannot perform the duties because of illness or incapacity for a period of
more than (4) weeks, the compensation otherwise during the said illness or incapacity will be reduced by
(10) percent. The Employee's full compensation will be reinstated upon return to work. However, if the
Employee is absent from work for any reason for a continuous period of over (2) months, the Company
may terminate the Employee's employment, and the Company's obligations under this agreement will
cease on that date.
INSURANCE/DEATHBENEFIT:
SABAH GROUP CONSTRUCTION COMPANY BAKU, AZERBAIJAN will provide Employee with life insurance
coverage, Hospitalization and major medical insurance at no cost to the Employee. Should Employee die
during the term of employment, the Company shall pay to Employee's estate any compensation due through
the end of the month in which death occurred and onward proceeding to the employees family for duration of
02 Years.

Worker’s injury:
Any occupational disease described in regulations applicable to workers covered by the provisions of
the Labor Relations Law promulgated by Federal Law No. 8 of 1980 and its amendments, or any
work-related injury that is sustained by the worker during the performance of his/her duties and as a
consequence of his work. Any injury that is sustained during the commute by the worker to and from
his/her place of work is considered work-related injury, provided the commute, in either direction is
uninterrupted, in compliance with prescribed times and does not deviate from the prescribed route.
