9 legal provisions and are held to own a debt nevertheless may not be required to pay such a
10 debt or part thereof if they cannot afford heating, etc, then clearly to rob a citizen in totality of
11 any Age pension without any order of a competent court of justice only may underline a
12 deliberate collusion, intended or otherwise, to deliberately deny the citizen of his/her
13 constitutional and other legal rights to unduly deliberately inflict uncalled harm.

15 In my view a Commonwealth Ombudsman who is willing to stand by doing absolutely
16 nothing to pursue an urgent if not immediate resolution to avoid any further uncalled harm
17 cannot be held to be competent in his/her position and should be required to resign without
18 delay so someone more competent can fulfill the position and show also to be more
19 competent in ensuring that any staff understand the constitutional and other legal requirement
20 associate with employment and cannot act despite of this.

22 As from 8 April 2025 my Pension concession card was invalidated according to Service
23 Australia/Centrelink, this even so Service Australia/Centrelink still claimed that 13 April
24 2025 payments were entitled upon, as such the invalidity of the Pension concession card
25 had no legal basis for this either!

27 As from 9 April 2025 the Age Pension payments were suspended, this without any valid
28 legal grounds!

30 As from 25 June 2025 I was notified the Age Pension as “cancelled” without any valid
31 legal grounds!

34 neither so my ongoing request as to the details/information Service Australia/Centrelink
35 purportedly relied upon for any of the above stated.

40 legal advice, including inhouse communication between those having been involved in

44 Any lawyer who becomes involved in criminal conduct, such as offending a person’s
45 constitutional and/or other legal rights by this cannot claim any lawyer-client privileges as the

1 However, the law does not require you to name a religion at all. In fact, disclosing
2 your religion could cause your religious exemption to be challenged.

5 Some schools and daycares attempt to require you to give far more information than
6 required by law. You are not required by law to fill out any form letters from a school or
7 daycare. The law allows you to submit your own letter and the letter only needs to meet
8 the bare requirements of the law. Keep it simple; do not feel you need to describe your
9 religious beliefs here as that also is not required by law.

11 Many times, when a school or day care questions your exemption, they are merely
12 unfamiliar with the law or trying to coerce you to go against your beliefs by
13 deliberately misrepresenting the law. They are betting on the fact that you don't
14 know your rights.

16 What appears to be clear is that a “religious objection” is not qualified to a specific religion and
17 neither can be as this would in fact offend Section 116 of the Constitution. Neither can it be
18 associated with any particular religion as this would also interfere with Section 116 of the
19 Constitution. Likewise, any person objecting under the “religious objection” Subsection 245(14)
20 of the Commonwealth Electoral Act 1918 neither can be required to be a religious person as this
21 would also offend Section 116 of the Constitution, as the equivalent in WELSH v. UNITED
22 STATES, 398 U.S. 333 (1970), 398 U.S. 333 made clear that it (the “religious objection” applies
23 as much to non religious persons as religious persons. Therefore, anyone objection for his/her
24 personal reasons to vote clearly is entitled to do so regardless of having any specific religion
25 mentioned.

49 the fact that we have been exclaiming that we will have the Taiwan issue resolved at
50 whatever cost. Only by using non-destructive weapons that can kill many people will
51 we be able to reserve America for ourselves. There has been rapid development of
52 modern biological technology, and new bio-weapons have been invented one after
53 another. Of course, we have not been idle, in the past years we have seized the

2 of “cleaning up” America all of a sudden.

17 Let me make something very clear, that any Australian who vote because it is compulsory
18 simply doesn’t understand what our constitution stands for. The Australian Electoral
19 Commission charged me regarding the 2001 federal election in AEC v Schorel-Hlavka for
20 FAILING TO VOTE upon which I filed and served also upon all 9 Attorney-Generals a

22 “compulsory part of voting. The AEC again subsequently charged me with FAILING TO VOTE

35 about identical. It was merely relabelling influenza (flu) as COVID-19, and use FEAR to scare

46 in such conduct AUTOMATICALLY has lost the seat. As such, Scott Morrison, his

28 mother, grandparents” who are long dead for at least half a century?

1 As for Prof. Allen Cheng well if this is the same ATAGI board member as the one referred to in
2 the following (20-8-2020) article then I really have my concern about his competence. After all
3 this is about a 20 August 2020 radio report where allegedly an Allen Cheng claimed that
4 reducing conditions depends upon positive test being reduced. Was he appointed on 1 January
5 20202 till 31 December 2022 because of the “misinformation”/”disinformation” I view he was
6 spruiking? After all the PCR test never was able to establish if a person was infected with the
7 alleged SARS-CoV-2 virus, as it never was isolated and the CDC admitted the PCR test was
8 based upon conducting the common cold, etc. Here we had people’s lives destroyed by mandates
9 such as compulsory face mask, lockdowns/curfews, and a lot more and somehow it seems that
10 this Dr Allen Cheng claimed that restrictions were depending upon the reduction of the (false)
11 positive PCR testing to be reduced. If this is the competence of being a board member of ATAGI
12 then I have grave concerns.
13 I might lack any medical qualifications but I for one at least knew all along from numerous
14 articles and video’s that the inventor of the PCR himself made clear it was not suitable to
15 establish a diagnosis if a person was infected.
16 In my view any medical practitioner first of all should ensure that whatever test is being
17 performed the testing items used are suitable to provide a proper diagnose for what the test is to
18 be for.

1 Investigators compared 164 children who tested positive for COVID-19 with 1402
2 children who had flu. The median ages of patients with COVID-19 and flu were 8.4 years
3 and 3.9 years, respectively, and there was a slight preponderance of males in both groups.

21 pronounced in comparing COVID-19 and influenza A.
22 Rates of cough, sore throat, dyspnea, and congestion were similar in the flu and COVID-

17 Sanger sequencing.” Here we are straight into the deep end of virology’s circular
18 reasoning: the “virus” has been confirmed to exist on the basis of detected sequences from
19 some nasopharyngeal swabs. There is nowhere in the paper that any evidence is provided
20 for the existence of an actual virus, that is, a tiny particle that acts as an obligate
21 intracellular parasite and is capable of causing disease in a host.

23 The claim that the specimens were, “true-positive[s] for SARS-CoV-2 Omicron variant,”
24 simply means some sequences that were previously deposited on genetic databases, and
25 fraudulently declared to be “viral,” were being detected again. It doesn’t make any
26 difference which sequencing technique is used, in this case bidirectional Sanger
27 sequencing because the crucial issue is the provenance and clinical relevance of these
28 detected sequences. This is the foundational issue in the entire COVID-19 fraud: there is
29 no virus, simply sequences falsely claimed to be evidence of an actual virus. The World
30 Health Organisation helped orchestrate the deception when it declared that a confirmed
31 ‘case’ of infection with the invented virus is simply the detection of some of these

19 In my view Premier Daniel Andrews and many other former Members of Parliament are not

23 Just to give an example of the absurdity is that Premier Daniel Andrews was ongoing doing the
24 unvaccinated bashing to cause division and violence aided by using taxpayer’s monies to fund
25 the media to do so also and blaming the unvaccinated for the spread of the virus, etc. We had
26 Alan Joyce (Qantas) insisting on vaccination evidence as otherwise a person was not allowed to
27 board a plane, even so I wrote to him (see below) that there was no evidence that the claimed
28 SARS-CoV-2 virus was by the Koch postulate isolated and purified. It appears to me he blatantly
29 disregard to check it all out and in my view as set out below he and Qantas should be held
30 legally liable for the harm inflicted upon the many and the refusal to allow unvaccinated persons
31 to be boarding any plane of them.

2 “man-kind” diseases despite the wrongly decided Palmer v WA HCA decision the State since
3 the Quarantine Act 1908 later replaced by the Bio Security Act 2015 had to retire from “man-
4 kind” infectious diseases for which quarantine was needed, this includes polio, measles, etc.
5 Here we had CHO Brett Sutton being awarded the ‘Victorian of the Year’ status which in my
6 view underlines how a person who in my view participated in mass-murder and crimes against
7 humanity can so far get away with it all instead of being held legally accountable, and the same
8 with former Premier Daniel Andrews and others collaborating with him. In my view Victoria
9 lacked legislative, executive and/or administrative powers to enforce the quarantine mandated
10 and using the police and armed forces to enforce the unconstitutional mandates should also be

1 It is a case that underlines that even a judge who acts in defiance of a constitutional right acts not
2 as a judge but as a private person and can be personally sued. Likewise, with politicians, doctors,
3 police, health care workers, journalist, etc. As such, where the Federal Government, the TGA the
4 Commonwealth Department of Health and numerous other officials are the once spreading
5 disinformation, false claims and malicious claims against unvaccinated persons, then I view the
6 AFP should long ago have acted against those Members of Parliament and officials where such
7 was done outside the session of a Chamber. Where the AFP fails to act then it must be
8 considered to be part of the scam/conspiracy that Members of Parliament aided by officials are
9 spruiking.
10 In my view the Australian Federal Police is not to be some kind of a puppet-on-a-string to do
11 what it is told regardless of how unlawful this might be, but it must at all times act within the
12 confines of the constitution and also applicable legal provisions enacted otherwise.

14 As I indicated it is a FRAUD to claim “CASES” and “POSITIVE TEST” when the PCR test is
15 not at all designed for this and merely could provide some indication as to what was detected but
16 cannot indicate if any things was relating to a COVID-19 (CORONAVIRUS) or to NON-
17 CORONAVIRUS as I understand it being INFLUENZA/”COMMON COLD”. As such, the PCR
18 as its inventor made clear was not designed for medical purposes to differentiate between any
19 CORONAVIRUS or NON-CORONAVIRUS.
20 Actually, a California University Laboratory found that 1500 purported CORONAVIRUS
21 (covide-19) test were actually mostly INFLUENZA and some where INFLUENZA B but none
22 being COVID-19.

30 count (CT) for PCR tests would produce an exorbitant number of false positives for COVID?

35 • Curative offers a PCR test using spit rather than swabs from the back of your nasal
36 cavity. Initially only authorized for use on symptomatic patients, the company has
37 requested the U.S. Food and Drug Administration expand its authorization for use on
38 asymptomatic individuals.
39 • According to company data, the spit test accurately identifies about 90% of positive cases when compared
40 against a nasopharyngeal PCR test set to 35 cycle threshold (CT).
41 • According to the FDA, that comparative CT is too low, and will produce too many false negatives. This,
42 despite the scientific consensus, which states anything over 35 CTs is scientifically unjustifiable as it
43 produces enormous amounts of false positives.
44 • According to an April 2020 study, a CT of 17 must be used to obtain 100% confirmed real positives.
45 Above 17 cycles, accuracy drops dramatically. At 33 cycles, the false positive rate is 80%. Beyond 34

48 timing of the test is important. Recent research shows the median time from symptom onset to viral
49 clearance confirmed by viral culture is seven days, whereas the PCR test continues to detect nonviable
50 (noninfectious) SARS-CoV-2 for a median of 34 days.
51 For several months, experts have highlighted the true cause behind the COVID-
52 19 pandemic, namely the incorrect use of PCR tests set at a ridiculously high cycle
53 count (CT), which falsely labels healthy people as “COVID-19 cases.” In reality, the

3 the implications of using this test at excessive CT, or whether it was done on purpose to

30 Generally, the number of cycles run by the PCR systems is 45, however this can vary depending on the
31 machine or assay used. Generally the cut-off or threshold is set at a Ct of 40. However as mentioned
32 above this is set by the manufacturer’s instructions as well as the validation processes required by all
33 Australian laboratories.

38 While much is argued that the State of Victoria had a STATE OF EMERGENCY/STATE OF
39 DISASTER claimed and so entitled it to provide for certain rules, etc, reality is that nothing can
40 override our constitutional rights. Moreover, where the States have no legal jurisdiction in the
41 first place as to any “infectious disease” that requires quarantine then it neither can legally justify

9 There are two Pfizer Reports
10 One deals with Money, the other which is “confidential” deals with Mortality and
11 Morbidity resulting from the Pfizer-BioNTech Covid-19 vaccine.
12 The Full Year Revenues Report is a public document. It assesses Pfizer’s impressive
13 “financial performance.” It is also intended to be consulted by potential investors, reported
14 by financial analysts and the media.
15 The second is Pfizer’s “Confidential” Report which gives you a glimpse of
16 the “performance” of Pfizers’s Covid-19 vaccine: i.e. mortality and morbidity, released in
17 October 2021 under Freedom of Information.
18 You were not supposed to see it. And it is not reported by the media.
19 It is nonetheless in the public domain.
20 Is there a causal relationship between Pfizer’s record of $100.3 billion revenues (full year
21 2022) and the mRNA vaccine’s upward trend in adverse events and mortality worldwide,
22 affecting 8 billion people?
23 Is there a relationship? Is there a correlation? It’s Statistics 101.
24 This upward trend in mortality and morbidity is the source of tremendous profit resulting
25 from the enforcement of the mRNA vaccine by national governments all over the world.

23 marketing of the Pfizer’s vaccine.

7 Moderna, which operates in a de facto partnership with Pfizer.
8 The population of the European Union is of the order of 450 million. Pfizer/Moderna
9 already account for the sale of 818.28 million doses (almost twice the population of the
10 EU, i.e. 1.8 doses per person). See graph below. The total number of doses in the EU
11 is 908.66 million (twice the population of the EU).
12 And another big contract is now being negotiated with EU government officials who are
13 fully aware that the Covid-19 vaccine has resulted in an upward trend of mortality and

19 The price of each vaccine dose has been negotiated directly with the President of the EU
20 Commission, Ursula von Der Leyen, who is known to be corrupt.
21 The broader objective of Pfizer’s CEO Dr. Bourla is to negotiate a 4.5 billion vaccine
22 doses contract for an EU population of 450 million. In other words, 10 doses per
23 person. These are additional doses to those already purchased by the EU (in excess of 800
24 million).
25 Mislav Kolakusic, a Croatian member of parliament (MEP) in October 2022 denounced
26 the planned purchase of 4.5 billion doses of the Covid-19 “vaccine” negotiated with EU
27 President Ursula von der Leyen for 450 million EU residents. 10 doses per person, i.e. “the
28 biggest corruption scandal in the history of mankind.”
