Alarm Code Reference

Power Supply Module Alarms (0–F)


Code Meaning Description / Likely Cause

0 Normal Power ON, ready to operate.


1 Overcurrent Short or overload in main circuit, servo, or spindle cable.
2 DC Link Overvoltage Regeneration failure, defective resistor, or excessive braking.
3 Overheat Heatsink or cooling system failure.
4 DC Link Undervoltage Low AC input voltage or rectifier fault.
5 Control Power Undervoltage 24V or logic power low.
6 External Alarm External interlock triggered.
7 Discharge Fault DC bus not discharging.
8 Main Relay Fault Relay contact or coil failure.
9 Regenerative Fault Regen transistor/resistor abnormal.
A Fan Alarm Cooling fan stopped or failed.
b Phase Loss Missing AC input phase.
c Internal Circuit Fault Hardware or PCB failure.
d Control Circuit Fault ROM/logic fault.
E Emergency Stop E-stop or interlock active.
F Communication Error Loss of serial link with CNC or servo.
